I enjoy the small shop, they typically have everything I need. If you do need lumber or would for a project, I would not recommend but anything else, they are good to go. Veterans discount is as easy as showing ID. Prices can be a bit higher than you will find at lowes or homedepot.

Been choosing Zettler over bigger stores because they're local. People have always been very nice and helpful. First time I needed to do a return I was told no receipt no return. I asked if they could locate based on the card used, they said they could, but store manager policy says not to. Needless to say, shame on me. I went local and got burned by big box luxuries I was used to. If you can see I bought it less than a month ago and the card I bought it on is in your records, refusing a return because the store manager decided that's his policy is bush league. Back to Home Depot.

The staff at this Zettler Hardware were super helpful. It's nice to be able to support a small local business with a great selection of products and fantastic customer service.

Great service. They cut a new key for my Lexus FAB which was no easy task and even put the FAB back together for me with their ninja Philips screwdriver. Only $20! Most others wanted over $80. Friendly employees everywhere! Thanks Zettler!

Kind, friendly and knowledgeable employees. I recently purchased a garden hose, with Christina, from them. The wall of the hose split out by the fitting after only a few days of use. The Zettler Hardware manager took the hose back, no questions asked! I highly recommend this hardware store, especially over the "big box" hardware stores. I would drive far out of my way to shop here.

Needed a rubber washer to fix a faucet. They took the time to help me find the right part. The faucet is repaired and it was very easy

Upon check out Diane was about to help us but mark came up and interrupted and was asking her to go check something so she did and he took over the register and said to the customer checking out in a very sarcastic way “that’s one our brilliant staff” and laughed. Then the customer tried to add a candy to her order at the last minute and asked if it was too late and Mark said “well now it is! Don’t you hear the printer?!”. Poor Diane.

Everytime I went , someone will always ask if I need something and are always so polite and super friendly . I always leaving with smile on my face . Love the customer service! And the garden section! Which is usually the only reason I go .
