The young lady who rang me up at the pharmacy, chose to scan her own CVS card instead of mine, which then did not give me my points and the receipts and discounts I got I didn’t receive due to her doing this, which I believe is extremely unprofessional and things should be handled by your corporation to make sure this does not happen to further individuals. Don’t worry, I’m no longer going to enter a CVS due to this. I will start using Walgreens and I will be placing this on social media and any one of my friends who might speak with me in regards to a pharmacy they should use. I definitely will not choose CVS I will choose Walgreens.

Wish I could give -100. The pharmacy looks like it’s a pile of trash. Floors are dirty. Staff in PJ’s. Trash cans overflowing, medications spilled on the floor, a technician was filling prescription vial fell on the floor she picked it up and filled the medication in it. Pharmacist screwed up on the prescription n she blamed it on the Dr. I have been using cvs pharmacy for many years. Will be looking for another pharmacy. Corporate does not seem to care either. The hill road store and pharmacy both are trash, never clean.

Exactly what you expect. Good days and bad days with customer service. Store is stocked well most of the time. Pharmacy is solid. Minute Clinic is excellent too.

4 years ago this pharmacy was amazing.... someone else in the reviews said it best "nightmare pharmacy" working on switching everything to a different pharmacy after 8years maybe it'll help take a load off..... ?

This pharmacy has become a nightmare as far as being able to get medications in a reasonable amount of time. They do drive through only to pick up prescriptions and the line is always so long that most of the time I don’t have time to wait so I come back a different day. The line is currently backed up into the parking lot making it difficult for customers to get their cars in and out around the line.
Sometimes it takes several days for them to get the prescriptions filled even for common medications such as antibiotics and pain medications. My husband’s prescriptions for common pain medications after his surgery took 4 days to fill and by that time he didn’t need them anymore so we just didn’t pick them up. I’ve come here before to pick up my meds and even though they said they’d be ready by a certain time, they weren’t so I wasted a bunch of time waiting in line for nothing; they told me to give them a few more hours and come back (of course to wait in a long drive through line again). So make sure you check the prescription status before you just show up. You may or may not receive a text message when your order is ready. Unfortunately my insurance is tied to CVS or I’d get my medications elsewhere. Not sure what’s going on with the staffing, but it seems like they need many more employees. They used to be open 24/7 but now the pharmacy is not open overnight. Make sure you get here in plenty of time before closing to ensure you have enough time to wait in line before they close.

It's been a week and they still haven't filled my psychiatric medication. I've been to the pharmacy THREE times this week and each time they told me it's out of stock and they're ordering it. After the 3rd time of telling me they're ordering it, I had no choice but to change pharmacies. YOURE MAKING YOUR PATIENTS SICK

Today I was blown away with the shopping experience because of Roji. She helped me find what I needed exactly took her time with a very very positive attitude, had a really good vibe and a real genuine positive attitude with a smile. Even suggested alternatives and was really informed with the products.

Quentin is beyond personable and helpful. There have been a few times in the past I've had trouble filling prescriptions, but this CVS does do their best to take care of customers and ensure they can get their medications filled as soon as possible. Over all, they care about their customers even if they all seem a bit overworked. More power to the staff for keeping smiles on their faces in a busy store!

This has become the absolute worst pharmacy ever! My prescriptions are on auto refill, but every time they’re due to be filled, they’re stuck in processing and here lately getting canceled. Why am I having to call and be stuck on hold forever just to get my prescriptions filled?! If there were somewhere else to go I would’ve been gone already. Unfortunately our insurance is tied to CVS! I never had these issues at Kroger; wish I could go back. Please get your stuff together and do better!
