Opened a new account for a direct deposit for a 17 year old. Chase closed the account before the first deposit could even hit for no activity in 30 days. The account was JUST 30 days old. Tried to open a new one but can't get anyone to answer the phone. Went in the branch, was advised someone would call me, they were too busy to help. Still, nobody's called. My deposit comes 3 days later than with my previous bank. Not happy with this change. Going back to my previous old bank.

A month ago I ordered a checkbook with MIA, I went to ask why it hadn't arrived and they hadn't ordered it yet.

Worst branch I have ever been to. They deposited my check into the wrong checking account on a Saturday and by the time I saw it was too late to go back in to have them reverse it. Don’t bother calling them within the last 30 minutes of being open, they won’t answer the phone.

Rude tellers unhelpful. Forward calls to call center or hang up.

I finally was able to qualify for a Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card, so I did the whole shabigalo online. When the card came in the mail, I activated it with no trouble, but was unable to see my account via the Chase website or their app that I put on my phone and registered for. After about a week of trying to troubleshoot on my own, I gave up and headed to this Chase for some Custer support. Ashton was the gentleman who helped me out when I arrived. Friendly personality, and was good at checking all possible avenues before calling into Chase for more support. He called into their home office's credit card dept, and after 10 minutes speaking with them, they were able to get everything fixed and squared away so I was able to get on the app. While I do not do my personal banking at Chase, that experience was smooth and hassle-free (on my end). Obviously this bank has been my go-to for any face to face interactions since.

People are friendly but Equipment needs some maintenance. Their check scanners wouldn't scan properly but at a different location, they couldn't understand why there was an issue because it scanned perfectly

I have had my problems in the past with Chase, even with them cashing their own customer issue checks. Outrageous fees to do so when they would actually do it. However this time is beyond ridiculous. I went into this Bank needed to buy some ones as I I'm an assistant manager at a nearby gas station. We normally receive money on an armored car however there has been some confusion at work and for whatever reason we did not receive that delivery today and we're totally out of ones. After standing in line for 7 minutes, recently, and obviously injured I attempted to purchase ones, and in doing so I was asked for my debit card or identification to pull up my account. I explained to the banker that I did not have an account and would not make a habit of it however this was an emergency situation and I did this very politely. They refused and when I asked to speak to a manager the lady next to the teller said I am the assistant manager and we don't do that for non-account holders. I will admit that I got a little loud and boisterous when I explained but this is a blankety blank Bank. What are thanks for anymore? Call me old school but I remember a day when you could walk into a bank and buy rolls of quarters or pennies or nickels or dimes exchange any kind of currency whatsoever and didn't pay a fee although I offered to to do anything! I took my anger and went down the road to the Key Bank on Hill Road closer to Pickerington and was glad to run into Judy who pleasantly helped me without question would not badmouth Chase Bank but took care of me with a smile, if I were in the market for a bank that is where I would go!
