ATM is always broken, and no one inside ever cares to greet you - IF you can even get inside. It’s always closed. What is the point of having a bank here?

You cannot do any drive up banking at this location, the ATM is always broken! This is very inconvenient.

The ATM has been down for weeks....last time I walked into the bank it was no tellers and just a fancy ATM.... I thought when I banked with Chase I would have the conveniences of a local branch, but not working out.
