I came in today after going to a major car service shop and I my brake pads, rotor, and caliper was all shot. What was 1200 at the other company, Jim and his team met me where I was at 350 and did it in a timely manner with great hospitality and kindness. “Wife got a flat and I needed (I thought) 2 new tires and a rotation- ideally same day as it was a Sunday and she worked Monday. I called several places, and eventually talked to Cody who said if I got it to him by 3 pm he would finish it by end of day and squeeze it in (after several other places said they couldn’t). Got there, and Cody was awesome- knowledgeable, friendly, professional. We ended up checking tread on all tires and it made the most sense to just replace all 4- Cody made sure we got the tire that had a buy 3 get 1 free which helped- otherwise I may have tried to replace 2 and save the other 2 for another time.At any rate, great experience, great service, car drives great- in and out same day. Whatever position Cody has promote him! We’ll be coming back for all rotations and tire needs.”

“Two competitors overcharged me for the diagnostics ?. One didn’t even rescan for the error code on my BMW ? once the relay box was replaced. Specter Automotive Family please forgive me ! You all treated me with great care when replacing my headlights … you saved me $250 ?You called me and asked if I could be without my vehicle for an additional day to complete my valve cover gasket … the other two repair shops didn’t call me I had to call them …oh yeah they had my vehicle for one week each ?. Spencer you thoroughly reviewed my car, let me know what should be replaced without taking two paychecks. I’d recommend you to anyone with a foreign car ?!”
