The worst location imaginable.. extremely unprofessional management from the store manager to the area manager. Strongly advise you to use Verizon. This store reminds me of T-Mobile.. just terrible

I had an awesome experience at the Pickerington AT&T store! I worked with Noah Wolfe & he was amazing, knowledgeable, & very friendly and easy to work with. I was switching my service from T-Mobile and was also going from an android phone to an iPhone for the first time. I was nervous about this transition, but Noah made sure the experience was seamless. He was a delight to work with! I highly recommend Noah & the Pickerington store!

The salesperson in the beanie with glasses and beard just kept interrupting us when we tried to talk or ask questions. He interrupted “I don’t care what they said when you spoke to customer service.”…before we could even explain what we were asking. I quit trying to clarify because I was tired of the interruptions. I just smiled and said “ok we have to think about it.” Then we left.We are at the Reynoldsburg store now and they are happy to help.

Customer Beware! I went to this store on April 4, 2023 to purchase a new cell phone because my phone went dead. At this visit, there was absolutely NO request or discussion from me about changing my cell phone plan with AT&T. On May 2, 2023, I received my new wireless cell phone bill. To my shock, it was increased by $59.25 per month. I called the national AT&T Customer Service number to find out why my bill was so much higher. Their recoreds showed that the "attendant" at the Pickerington AT&T store had upgraded my cell phone plan on April 4 - the day I purchased a new phone. Once again, I neither discussed or authorized any changes to my cell phone plan - so this is FRAUD. AT&T reversed the charges and told me they would notify the Pickerington Store Manager (Brittany P.) and the Columbus regional manager (Michael O.) In the meanwhile, I am pursuing criminal charges against the store attendant via the Pickerington Police and the County Prosecutor's office

so was in the store for an hour with customer service about a 149$ fee and the staff member was if there’s nothing I can help u with so I asked him is that your nice way of asking me to leave mind u I have been dealing with a 149$ plus the sister store blatantly misinforming about a 250$ VISA card then u never received but yes I will leave so u can assist the zero customers that are waiting for u and so that u can get back to doing absolutely zero work but still getting paid

Had called 15 times and went to our "regular" store and couldnt get anything figured out so we went to this one and meet the best employee, Carlos, he helped us with our problem immediately and was such a relaxed and professional guy.. and he said he only works part time! He should be promoted and given a raise! Thanks so much again Carlos.

Legit one of the worst customer service experiences my sister and I have ever had. I'm giving 2 stars to be generous because I did leave with a new phone. Two women helped us as we switched to a family plan, and I got a new phone with the samsung trade-in deal. Their names were Nikki and Lindsay. The younger woman (not sure who was who) was in training and was sweet.The older woman was literally awful at her job. She told us blatantly incorrect information multiple times, and we were there for 4.5 hours in total (!!!!!!) as she couldn't figure out how to properly transfer over data onto my new phone. She also couldn't figure out how to put insurance onto my new phone, and instead of figuring it out herself by calling, she refused and told me I would have to call customer service after. She also set up my new account passcode - which I double-checked and both my sister and I wrote down - and then when I called att a few days later they let me know that she had set the incorrect passcode. ?After hours of this woman telling me she couldn't figure out the data transfer because she "kept getting an error message," my sister and I went outside for some air while she was working on my phone, and she literally snuck out the back door - I'm not joking - suddenly my sister and I saw her walking through the parking lot right behind us to her car. We were super confused and asked why she was leaving in the middle of helping us (if she had to go, why not ask another employee to take over...?) and she said she couldn't figure it out, was going home, and we could return the phone if we wanted. LOL what?!?! ?So we went back inside, where my new phone was just sitting on the table (after the hundreds of dollars I had spent that day) and we had to ask another employee (a younger guy) to help us. He was unpleasant also (he told us that they were closing soon [it was like 45 mins before closing and they were already locking the door] and he wanted to go home - umm we obviously didn't want to be there for that period of time either!) but he was so much more knowledgeable and capable that he figured out the issue in literally under five minutes and completed the data transfer. We were super grateful, and frustrated that he hadn't stepped in in the first place (there were no other customers in the store and he was on his phone the entire time we were there).Weeks later my sister and I are still laughing at how ridiculous of an experience that was. Whoever the older, tattooed woman with curly hair was (it was either Nikki or Lindsay) should absolutely not be employed in a customer service role, ever.

Just want to give a shout out to the guys they were very helpful each time i came in.Tyler was genuinely helpful in letting me know the details an how having a wrong battery charger could damage my new phone an why, this was very important to me being a female, he gave me the ends an outs, more then anything I liked his smileJoseph was very informative and supportive as I selected my new phone he told me the details of my trade in.Nickolas was great when I came in the third time he was helpful.

Drove a longer distance to go to this store because of their customer service.I will come here from meow on when I need help no matter how many other AT&T's are closer because of their workers.Not only did they fix the other store's mistake, but they treated me like a dang hum0n and actually explained things and asked me questions to customize my experience.Frank and Joey helped me but I came back today for another purchase and the manager Nick was there; he runs a great ship.Super chill workers, DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED like the other store, and definitely felt comfortable with my purchase and left knowing exactly what to expect on my bill; unlike the other store.All-in-all: Frank, Joey, and Nick treated me like a VIP and they've got my business because of it.

I just had the best experience at this Pickerington location! Tyler and Joey were super helpful while I was making my purchase. I needed a new phone and knew nothing about my options. They were very patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get the best deal for my budget. I will absolutely be back to this location anytime I need something because I know I'll be in great hands!
