They didn't fulfill my pick-up order when it came in. I went to see what the hold up was at my designated time, and they said they never received it.Then they lied and said they didn't carry certain items when it shows the number of in-stock items on the app.

There was carts of freight on the floor but no one was working them. No one was at the register when I went to check out. I rang the bell and the employee came out of the office. The employee was very nice but was trying to carry on a conversation with another person while she was taking care of me. I needed to buy cigarettes and she couldn’t focus on what I asked for.
