James was amazing with customer service and help in purchasing furniture for our new home. He sent many texts with ideas and prices - he went above and beyond to help us. We saved so much money buying direct from this store.

Ordered a small sectional on March 6th and was told roughly 3 weeks for delivery for the orientation I needed. On week 4 of not hearing anything, I called and was told the sectional was being delivered to them the next day and I would get a call for delivery after. The following week, after not hearing anything, I called again. Was again told they hadn’t received it yet, it would be delivered to them that day. I would get a call that night (Thursday) for delivery on Friday. Once again, never got a call. Called on Friday, was told it had been pulled off the truck an hour prior and they could fit me in Tuesday for delivery. Time window given for delivery was 12-2. Never got an email confirming so I called at 11:40 that day, was told they’d be to me in an hour. My order wasn’t delivered til after 3pm.
Sectional was in perfect condition and delivery men were nice and quick. Experience with the store and being told the same thing over and over has ensure I personally won’t be using them again. Seems like they’ll simply tell you what they think you want to hear, or nothing at all since I never got a single email update on my order. Also, funnily enough, the invitation link to leave a review that I receive after placing my order, no longer works. For the gentlemen working in the store, it’s better to just tell someone their orders delayed than to say “it’ll be here later today/tomorrow”, every time they call. Just leads to more calls.

These guys are very good. Walked in, was well accommodated, mattress was picked out and delivered the next day no delivery fee. Excellent price for product. 5 stars well earned

Factory Furniture was great. We looked for quite a while to find the right couch everywhere from Costco to some of the higher end stores. We chose Factory Furniture because they had nice couches at an unbeatable price. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy (they are not commission based sales people).
Turn around time from purchase to delivery was less than two weeks. The delivery team (J and J, I believe) were in and out in about a half hour and delivery and set up was completely hands off on our ends. Again, delivery was a no brainer because of the low cost.
Would definitely recommend Factory Furniture to people and will use them again for future needs.

We bought my mother a recliner here 2 years ago. Something broke and she was unable to sit in it so I called to ask about it being looked at. The man I spoke to stopped by her apartment a few days later, after he got off work, to see what was wrong with it. Fixed it that night and was super nice. We were happy to know it was under warranty and they didn’t charge to stop out and fix it. Great service!

Everyone was extremely nice from the gentleman that sold my son the couch to the two that delivered it. Very professional and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. Will definitely be going back!

I had seen great reviews online for this furniture store and wanted to check it out for myself. I was in the market for a mattress and adjustable base. James kindly and very politely showed me around the showroom and took the time to explain the details of the multifunctional base. I found an amazing mattress. The prices are amazing and the Ashley quality brand provides comfort in the purchase. This place is family owned and operated and it definitely shows. I walked away from the purchase more than satisfied. Josh and James are welcoming and knowledgeable. I recommend this furniture store to anyone.

Purchased a couch, love seat and recliner ensemble and the entire experience, from price to service to delivery was superb. This was my first experience with these folks, but it certainly won't be my last. From the salesperson to the delivery team, they were simply outstanding! My sincere thanks to all.
