Great service. Brock I believe his name was. Very helpful. Dropped the vehicle at the dealership and let us know the vehicle electrical issue had repaired itself. Very grateful he took the extra step to help. Thank you for turning a bad situation into a better one.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL SECOND TO NONE! These guys are the real Pro's out here on the Highways to Hell! Needed a tow due to driving over a semi trailer tire in the center of my lane at 5 am pitch black out. WRIGHT showed up within the hour I called and had me at the Peterbilt in Perrysburg, OH in great time! Thank you...my Xmas may have been a nightmare, but I was off and running same day! CHEERS FROM GARRY IN CANADA!!!

The guy was incredibly rude both on the phone and in person and did not tell me he was charging me $100 + tax (for a total of $122.71) to jump my car (less than a 30 second service) until AFTER he provided the service.Shady and rude business all around.Service: Battery service

Worst towing company of the year award goes to these twits. They damaged my vehicle while towing it. Yes you read that right. WHILE TOWING IT. The tow truck driver would not give his insurance and then fled the scene. I don't understand either. His job is to tow cars and he doesn't know how to do that why would you hire him? I then speak with a supervisor Matt and this guy sucks. Right of the bat he's hitting me with the "well it's impossible that could happen because a tow truck backs into the car and lifts it up." Is this guy hearing himself? That's what happened. The tow truck driver backed way too far and smashed into the car. Anyway it doesn't matter the police reports are filed and luckily a neighbor who can never mind her own business got it on video but thank god. Also this Matt guy is terrible. For a middle aged adult he whines more than my kids. No wonder his wife sleeps around!

Wright Tire & Auto helped me tremendously! They carefully towed my car, made a needed repair, and got me on my way quickly. Highly recommend and will use for ongoing maintenance.

worst tow driver ever. He was upset that I stayed with my car being towed to the repair shop after breaking down on the highway ( I rode in his truck ). He said nothing for the 30min tow and blasted his heavy metal for the entire trip. After going as far from the business as possible (but still in the parking lot, he put the car in the middle of the main passage instead of a parking spot. When I asked his name, he flatly refused. "I refuse to give you that information, Sir." I called their main phone number and the dispatcher also refused to tell me the drivers name or ID number and told me to call AAA, since they sent him to me and the dispatch has so many trucks and drivers, he had no way to know who the driver was or which truck was dispatched. I took pics of the drivers truck, his face, and his license number. I called AAA (they sent him) and they also refused to tell me his name or his ID number. they all pushed me off and expected me to wait 3-5 business days for anyone to call or talk to me about my complaint, so here I am........trying to find anyone that cares about the worst tow truck driver ever (AAA for 30yrs)

Very poor company I brought up the fact multiple times to multiple different people including the owner about him waving around rifles shotguns etc. during business hours company did nothing about it so I got an attitude about it because they were not taking the proper actions this kid was kicked off of AAA for Saying he wished him he would come running out him on tow because he would shoot them in the head nothing was done about that comment besides AAA blacklist him for three months the owner tried saying the kid has a permit on Google for the gun which he does not have a permit for I have talked to many customers that have said they do not want this kid working on their vehicles, they dump coolant down drains with no filters which is illegal with OSHA which I am already in contact with, I turned my keys in before I left I then received a text message saying that I was not gonna get my paycheck until I took the picture down which is illegal and why would I have to take the picture down if he had a permit for it? The company is only out to get their self I cannot tell how many vehicles I have fixed because the company fucked up someone's vehicle on a tow and they try to cover it up or they do a repo and they break a customers vehicle and they try to say they didn't very very unprofessional company the gentleman also owns raise Cohen in Toledo stay as far away from them as possible they are only out to fuck you over.
