Steve at Volvo service was terrific when we had an issue and stopped by enroute from Detroit to Columbus. Very friendly and got us right back on the road.

This is our first Volvo purchase. Michael Ludwig helped us find the exact car we were looking for and gave us a fair price. He kept in contact during the entire process, answered all of our questions and was honest.

Our GTI's engine light went on and the car lost horsepower as we were traveling from Michigan to Boston. The service department got us in, put in a new fuel pump, and back on the road in 3 hours. They shuttled our family to a restaurant for lunch. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional.
