This Verizon store located in Levis Commons is excellent. I have been in there a few times and the service I am given is always good. Yesterday though the service was remarkable. I walked in the evening without an appointment to get a phone activated and Dustin was remarkable even among other good experiences that I have had at the store. Extremely courteous and knowledgable and efficient. Found great deals for me to take advantage of and solved the activation issue on just a few minutes. He even texted me at the end of the day following up with everything and giving me an update on the orders. I cannot speak highly enough about Dustin or the rest of the crew that was working on the evening of 7/25/2024. There were other people in the store being helped and I took notice of how professional, courteous, and efficient the entrie staff was. This is the type of service and experience that will keep me as a customer. Thank you again Dustin.

Terrible experience at the Perrysburg store. Took my son in to get a new phone. We were there almost 3 hours! Our salesman Dustin was caught up in other problems going on (not sure if it was personal or work related) and couldn’t focus on giving us 100% attention. He made 3 phone calls while trying to help us and kept walking out on us (once he went outside other times to the back room) for 10-15 mins each time. Very rude. I didn’t feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.

Extremely knowledgeable about Verizon plan, prices, and the technical process to purchase and upgrade! Today we had the best service I have ever experienced with Verizon. Casey the store manager is in top of what is going in with all customers in the store and detail oriented with his particular client. Thank you!!

If it was possible for me to give 0 stars, I would. I took my phone into the store on Monday because my screen was not working. I sat down with Sage and told him what was going on. He took out my SIM card along with my memory card and I watched him put those into another phone and figured he was doing whatever it was he needed to do to figure out what was wrong with my phone. He told me that the phone was no good would need to be replaced. I told him I was going to think about it. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. He gave me back my phone and I Left the store. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that he did not give me back my SIM card or my memory card.
I couldn't call him, so I sent him 2 emails to the email on his business card. I didn't hear anything back so later on used my husband's phone and called and left a voicemail asking him to call ASAP. I didn't hear anything from him so the next day, yesterday, I contacted the store manager and explained my situation. He called me back, said he was unable to reach Sage and they looked around and they didn't see a SIM card or a memory card anywhere. Later I went to a corporate Verizon store in Toledo and purchased a phone there. They discovered that my SIM card was in a Motorola phone at the Perrysburg store. So today I called, asked for a manager again, was told he was not in. I explained that I found out that the SIM card was in a Motorola phone and maybe my memory card was there, too. I asked them to please check and see, and let me know. That was at 9:30 this morning. It is now 6 o'clock and I have not gotten a call back. I don't care anything about the SIM card. The only thing I'm concerned about is my memory card, it has all my photos, videos of my now deceased parents, my contacts. I think the bottom line is. They saw me as an older person who wasn't going to purchase anything and was being a pest.The fact that I have not heard anything from the guy who did this, or the store manager speaks for itself. This used to be a company store and their customer service was stellar. But it's now a third party owned retail store and I think they're just focused on sales. I will never set foot in this store again.
UPDATE: After posting this review I did receive a call from Sage who said he would look for my memory card. No comment on why he didn't return my call or answer my two emails from two days prior. The manager never returned my call from Wednesday either. The Corporate store I went to was more concerned with making me a happy Verizon customer than about whether or not they were going to make a sale.

Christian Ruch helped us get off our parents plan and create a new one. He was absolutely amazing in navigating the phone calls, talking with cooperate for us, and getting everything done despite the obstacles we faced along the way. A HUGE thank you to Christian and all the workers who stepped in to help out!

My fold 3 went completely black and I desperately need it for work, but Ethan here helped get me up and running on another old phone I had so I could avoid a disaster. Super nice and honest about the whole process, and I plan on grabbing a new phone from here in a few months once I paid off my broken fold 3. Thanks guys <3

I've been to this store 3 times and have had issues every single time. Went in tonight and wanted to buy a phone outright. So for a phone that is $699.99 they wanted to charge me an unlocking fee that made my total more than $900.00. Will not be returning. Horrible service. Verizon is an absolute rip off!
