My grandparents went into the store the other day (they are in their mid 90s) to get a new phone for my grandma. They didn’t have her old phone as she lost it when she moved into the assisted living. They just told us about their experience that I had to find the location and leave this review. They said they were the only ones in the store when they arrived, and the customer service guy continued to sit in his chair, not get up, or even greet them. My grandpa had to ask him for help. When they discussed their problem and that they needed help setting up her potential new phone, he said “you can do it yourself with your old phone.” They reiterated, they don’t have the old phone. They continued to seek assistance from him, in which he belittled them with his complete lack of assistance. My grandpa said when he got his iPhone, the customer service rep at another Verizon completely set his phone up with him, complete with apps. This man wasn’t even willing to help get a phone set up for an elderly woman. What KIND of PERSON do you have employed at this store??? Soulless. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I lost my phone while out and about and found my way to this store location. Alex went over and beyond to help me, even after the store closed. Every Verizon location needs an Alex!

I went in to get help with my phone and they told me they wouldn't help. For what I pay a month for service I was very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I arrived just as the store doors opened anticipating a large christmas crowd that I wanted to beat. I came in to upgrade devices and possibly add services to our business account. The gentleman who was there was probably the rudest person I’ve ever met in customer service. Not only was he rude in his approach to me, he spoke with the other female customer in there the same way. He aggressively cut me off in the middle of a question and at that point I just left.I went to the Levis Commons location and ended up buying more than I intended. Their customer service was far superior to this store. In looking through the 5-star reviews of this location, I see that several of them are actually meant for the Levis Commons store - which makes total sense.

They have stolen $580 from us. They refuse to help and tell us it's not their problem. We paid for a phone we bought with outright from them and we are still getting charged monthly. They told us to contact customer service, so we did, and customer service said contact the store. We again, went to the store and were treated very rudely and told they would not do anything for us. This has been going on for two years. We visit this store and call Verizon almost monthly to no avail. We have them proof that it was paid in full and still we are treated like we are just trying to scam them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!

Went there once last year for my new phone. Customer service was terrible, and the employee didn't seem to know what they were doing. They snuck in a $30 charger without my knowledge and broke the screen protector as they were installing it. I decided to keep the charger, though it broke and stopped charging within a few weeks, and was not happy they didn't ask me at all or tell me they were adding it to my purchase. I was also supposed to receive a decent amount of credit for the trade-in of my old phone in great condition as well, and that never went through. I recommend going to a corporate store and not an authorized dealer store such as this location.

I purchased (2) new phones here back in February, taking advantage of a Verizon promo. I was to receive $800 credit for each phone returned. Upon picking up the new phones I returned my phone, and returned the second phone the following day. Mysteriously that second phone was never sent back to Verizon and now it can't be found. As a result, I am not receiving the monthly credit I am due. Constant run around from employees at the store level, as well as Russell Cellular's corporate management for the past 2 months. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store as other people I have spoken with have had very similar issues of missing returns and denied billing credits.

I and hubby got traded our phones. We bought screen protector as well because we might not do a good job putting them on phone. But the lady who put them did not do a good job. There were smudges and I cant register my fingerprint because of the air on the thumb area. Lady just wiped them saying it is fine even though its clearly not. Going there today to have them fixed.

Took my parents to the store to get new phones- Cost $140 in activation and setup fees for 2 phones-- I said i didn't need it set up i could and they said they couldn't take it off-- What a rip off. I was just at another store getting my phone they didn't charge me that.

The day we went it opened late because the young man has covid. They sent down a young man from the Adrian store named Zach and he was amazing. I highly recommend the Adrian store and Zach!!!

This place is horrible. They do not explain important information. They only do what's best for a higher commission. Highly recommend going to a corporate store.
