Absolutely horrible. They use to be so personable and about quality. They are now all about quantity and have zero personality. I was definitely disgusted. What a shame.

Sometimes the wait is extremely long but the few techs I use are very good. Cash only for tipping which is my preference and I make sure I give the tip directly to my tech.

Had a pedicure at this facility by Mi Mi. She kept digging at my large toenail in spite of me pulling away and telling her she was hurting me. Have had increasing pain with that toenail since and will be seeing podiatrist in a few days for an assessment.
