Had a wonderful experience last month at the location in Rossford. My phone battery was swelling and it turned into a several day ordeal due to my work schedule and Google tech support. Zachary provided impeccable service the entire time and the other employees I witnessed interacting with customers while waiting were awesome. Cannot thank these guys enough! I need my phone for work and Zachary did an awesome job making sure it was fixed and timely.

First time going here. Had something stuck in the charging port of my phone. He had it out in less than a min and handed it back to me. Will definitely go here again for any problems.

Today i had my phone fixed. Cory Simmerman was my technition. This is the second time he has fixed my phone. Two times now he has been early, came to me where i was, excellent communication, polite and proffesional. I would 100 percent request his work everytimen. if i could thank you cory.

I took my phone here for a screen replacement and they broke my phone. I was able to use my phone fully before taking it to them, now I have to get a brand new phone. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

The hours online say your closed on Sunday but the hours on your entrance door says open from 12pm-5pm you guys should change that so that customers don't think your actually open

Broke the back glass on my Iphone and it came out great after getting it fixed with UBreakiFix! The only complaint I had was that they told me 3 days for the part to come in, and it came about 6/7 days later. Other than that, it was fixed well, and I’m happy for the repair.

My phone needed a new battery because the battery I had was not holding a charge. Took it in, in the morning and it was ready by 6pm, but then the touch screen didn’t work. So, zack ordered a new screen and it was ready the next day. There was no charge for the screen, because something happened to it when they had it replacing the battery. Thanks guys! It’s working great!
