I had a nail in one of my pick-up tires, so I drooped it off at Bell Tire for them to pull the nail and patch the hole. I picked it up eight hours later. On the way home I noticed that it was pulling to the left just a little. When I arrived home I checked the air pressure in the tire that Bell Tire repaired and it was only 47 PSI. The tires require 65 PSI on the low side and 80 PSI on the high side. I run 80 PSI in my tires because I pull a heavy trailer. The tire that they repaired PSI was a lot higher than the other three tires because of not being inflated to the proper air pressure. The person that worked on the tire also check took off all four of the "quick fill valve stim caps" and did not replace them. I have been a customer of Bell Tire Central Av in Sylvania, Ohio for over 20 years and have never had a problem like this. This time i went to Bell Tire in Perrysburg, Ohio because it was close to where I work. Lesson learned.

Robbie and John B were very helpful in solving a grinding issue on my Kia Rio. They both also helped me with a quote on new tires and getting the most out of my money. Would 100% go back again! Very polite, informative, and overall pleased with my experience.

I have been using this location since the previous owner (Tireman) and I believe the service is even better now than it was previously. They are quick to get my vehicle in for schedule and the occasional emergency service. Recently needed my AC fixed and instead of overcharging me for items they didn't complete, they took all the extra items off the bill and warranty their work for up to a year. I highly recommend this location!

Ran over a nail on Tuesday. Brought tire to Belle Tire today. They were able to patch it. Also, they put the tire back on the car and put the spare tire back in it's place. I can't believe how fast this was done. Robbie was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend Belle Tire. Thanks!

I had an emergency flat tire right at closing time, the staff (Robbie, Jace and John ) were extremely helpful and replaced my tire. Got me on the road in time for my mother's Birthday party , Thank You Guys So much for the fast efficient service , will always Recommend Belle Tire to friends and family

Had the brake pads and rotors replaced on my car. Front desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I asked if I could add on an oil change, tire rotation and headlight replacement on another car for the day and they accommodated at the last minute without issue. Love that they are open until 8PM! Their waiting area was very nice as well.

Had an alternator go out while on vacation out of state. They got me in right away and we were back on the road within 2 hours. Amazing service!

I've been a Belle Tire customer for many years. I've always been satisfied with their service and prices.
My usual Belle Tire store is the Rossford, OH location. But recently, when I needed ST tires for my camper, I went to the new location on Dixie Hwy in Perrysburg, OH. Its a bit closer to my home.
I was happy with almost everything at this new location. They got me in right away and got right to work on replacing my tires. I was very happy with that aspect of the visit.
The only real complaint I have, I'll call a lack of basic courtesy.
I'm nearly 70 years old. And I was the customer. So Ii felt I should have been addressed as Mr. *********. But the fairly young employee I was dealing with continually called me by my first name.
Now I know, I grew up in a different era. But this lack of courtesy irked me.

Stopped here due to a tire losing air on a journey home to MI from FL. The lead mechanic/manager was very helpful and accommodating, staying open until after closing time to get us taken care of and back on the road. Ended up with a whole new set of tires, trusting his recommendations due to a small nail in an unrepairable location.

My kids and I were on a road trip, passing through this area on our way to Tennessee.
We sadly had our tire blow on the interstate. Thankfully at least it was at the exit near this Belle Tire.
I booked an appointment online and for a couple hours after opening as it was the first appointment. We showed up at open on March 8th and were greeted by Robert and another young man. Both very friendly and kind toward our situation. Robert assisted us and confirmed that the tires were ordered and would be there this am. We didn’t have anywhere to go. He called the delivery place and confirmed they were on route and kept me updated. He also ensured my car was brought in when they got there and got us up and on the road quicker than I expected. Everyone was very kind to my kids (my youngest is a little hyper).
Since I was sitting there, I observed so many interactions with clients, in person and over the phone. Another gentleman had also come in to work, Keenan, and he helped me settle the bill. His kindness and positive energy is infectious. Always smiling, and greeting everyone with so much friendliness. I expect this level of care and concern at a tire shop. But they treat you like friends instead of just clients.
Thank you to everyone who was working and helped get us up and running. I’m not from this area (from Canada) but if I was, this would be the only place I’d visit for any and everything I need for a vehicle.

My husband enquired about tires, $700 out the door, no extra charges. We went had them done, $1,027. I'm so tired of these companies with their bait and switch tactics. Told us the battery was dead had to Jumpstart it. Well, first time ever. I feel we got played, won't ever go back there.
