I went to deliver a package, the place was super nice, they celebrated Christmas in July, the staff was super friendly, the older adults looked very happy with their celebration, I passed by the dining room and the food smelled delicious

We feel very disrespected and taken advantage of. We had been through a lot with our mother falling very ill suddenly. After 6 days in 2 different hospitals, the staff at the Waterford came to save the day. We were very honest about the financial situation and Justin Marino cheered us along that it was fine. I personally paid the 1st 7 thousand dollars for my mother to be there. My mom was very happy and as I started working on financial services they informed me that they do not accept any. Everyone played dumb. I was forced to move her home after 28 days. They refuse to return the 1,000.00 pet deposit and say I have to pay till December 8th. Plus 14 days of nursing care after she left. This is disgusting! There is a special place in hell for people who take advantage of old people and families when they are going through hard times. I hope Justin enjoys his bonus. He definitely does not have a heart for the people of the Waterford community. I would give zero stars but then it doesn't allow me to post. Oh look they sent another bill for another $277.42No idea what these charges are for, my mother has been home for over 2 months. This is absolutely disgusting!

Very pleased with the staff and the care given to my loved one. The murses and aides were prompt and attentive, and my guy liked the food! Beautiful, clean facility with lots of activities for the residents.

This place is beyond gorgeous. Like walking into a 5 star hotel. So beautifullydecorated and very clean.Every staff person I came into contact with was so polite and nice. Although we are not thrilled about moving the mother in law to somewhere other than her home I don't think there could be a better place. We look forward to her enjoying her new beautiful apartment with all the perks to give us, the family peace of mind that our mom is being looked after. I recommend this facility so much that I even mentioned to my husband, "we could move here and live in the independent part." Justin was beyond perfect and helped guide us through the process. If your loved one needs just even the smallest amount of support or even more, this is your place.

We were pleased with many things at Waterford: Room size,closet and bath, facility organization and provisions for our mother and the costs. We had all questions answered. We had prior information as a niece had once worked there in the kitchen and had good things to say about it as well. We look forward to bringing mom there on Wednesday to visit and see a potential room.
