Leasing office is only open by appointment only, will not answer the phone, and return voicemails.

I've been living here 3 years in a great area. It is very quiet and the schools are top notch. Not to mention, the management crew is awesome. I highly recommend moving here for your next stay.

Nice place and spacious. But dryer needed maintenance work, which seems to get delayed. Kitchen sink tap (retractable) once pulled doesn't retractable on its own. The blinds are struck and closet door was broken when we moved in and mesh seems to be missing in one of a bedroom window. Seems to be scary when I opened the window and was shocked to see no mesh. I have a 3.5 years old daughter who can jump easily out of it! Also scary I meant because We reside on third floor of the building.

Not a bad living space. Been here for years but between trash not being taken because it’s “too heavy” and how long it’s take to get maintenance done in the past. Gets kinda exhausting and inconvenient sometimes. ??

I know we often hear about the negative things, but I wanted to share a positive. I really enjoy living here. So much has changed in the last year. cleaner pool, better upkeep. And most of all wheb I have something to fix and the maintenance guys come over and they’re always so kind and they’re quiet while I’m working. They always do a great job and make sure that everything‘s good, before they leave. I appreciate them and please don’t ever switch maintenance people. They rock!JenPls excuse any typos email Sent from my iPhone

EDITED TO ADD AFTER MOVING OUT:We moved out 4/29/2022. We received 2 pieces of mail from a credit agency stating we owed this property a certain amount of money since 4/30/2022.... ONE DAY after we moved out. NEVER once received a bill, phone call, email, statement, nothing. They really send people straight to collections for anything they may owe due to "damages" after moving out. They want you to just pay them money without sending you any information on why they are charging you. Also, mind you- THEY violated their own rules/leases multiple times. Sidewalks were never safe during the winter, (But they of course made sure that their sidewalk leading up to their office nice and clean and accessible every day), entered our apartment without prior approval for a maintenance call (that literally never got fixed AND we marked on the form to call us before entering due to dogs), would not properly fix our AC unit (I was pregnant and we had two dogs...imagine how fun that was), never returned calls until called out in the parking lot. Just read all of the other negative reviews on here. They are all correct. This is the worst "luxury" place. Stay far away. You are better off renting college places in BG then dealing with this company. Absolute waste of money and sad excuse of a company. If we could, we would rate them less than one star. Their communication is a joke. We had a scheduled maintenance appointment and the day came and we heard nothing from them. Tried calling them all day (and the next 2 days) and when they finally answered the phone 3 days later, I said that it was nice finally hearing a voice on the other end and having someone actually answer the phone, the lady LAUGHED at me instead of apologizing or anything else. Their excuse for not answering the previous days phone calls was that she was not in the office that day. So apparently she is the only that knows how to answer a phone. (but who knows...could have been screening the call for all we know). When their maintenance team finally did show up, the fix was only temporary. We filed another maintenance request to fix the issue, and we still have yet to hear from them a week later. We have called and messaged, and no word from them. (it is our dryer that is included in our rent, so this request is not something little)Property is not well maintained. The dog park is full of poop all the time because owners do not properly pick up after their pets. The dog waste trash cans around the property are often over flowing and not discarded for weeks. It took them more than a week to shovel other sidewalks besides the ones leading up to their office. Everything about how the actually property was made, is cheap. The carpet was not placed correctly. They place cheap fixtures in the apartment so they break easily and then making it a problem further down the road and charging for it.So, unless you like poor communication skills, a poorly maintained property, cheaply made apartment, and wasting $1,000+ a month in rent, I would highly suggest to keep looking because living here is not worth it.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. What started as a great experience hrough the first few months at Carronade, had turned into the most unprofessional and unwelcoming places I could have picked to live.In my 15 months at the complex, we have had several issues go completely unaddress and simply ignored by on-site complex manager, and have had to go over her head to corporate to get anything done.Regarding any kind of standard maintance, the air filter in our air conditioning unit was original to the complex being built, and looked like a shrivled up raisin when it was taken out when our AC broke. There is a trash service that is supposed to come around and pick up the trash from resident's doors throughout the week, and unless you live on the first floor, good luck with any kind of consistency with this service. When it came time to renew, which we knew we certainly were not, they even tried to increase the price per month by over $200.For the amount that they are charging, please seriously consider any other options that you may have in mind. I would not recommend Carronade to anyone after the way they treated residents. And if your work from home good luck with the amount of kids that run around screaming unsupervised all day long. There have been multiple calls to the office where I have had to address children screaming being able to be heard during work calls, and I lived on the third floor. You can barely get ahold of anyone in the office when you need something, and get ignored whenever there is an actual issue. You can't even walk into the cluubhouse to try to get ahold of someone, since they still have the doors locked even to residents.

Best apartment I've lived in! The community areas are so well maintained, and the saltwater pool is always sparkling clean! There are grills and tables to rent at the pool area that make the apartment life more enjoyable. Also, the staff that works there is always very attentive, and any maintenance issues are promptly rectified.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my time living here from the staff to the apartments themselves! Management/community directors have been so communicative, timely, and nice any time that I have had any questions. I know that they have my back. Maintenance has been a breeze to work with if I ever need them as well! I recommend this place to all of my family and friends.

The maintenance is awful, you have to make a work order and wait over than month to fix your stuff. In the winter they don’t put the salt in the sidewalks and ended up I fall in my back twice, and I eventually I bought salt and spread it out in our sidewalk!!!If you call the emergency phone number to get fix anything, they just say this is not emergency, make a work order first!!!!! They doing the grass very well, all they care about is the exterior view!!!!!Most of the people left the apartments bcz they increase the rentals

This is the best place we could’ve chosen to live. We are on our second lease term and couldn’t be more pleased. The office staff are amazing when we have questions or concerns. The maintenance team is helpful and kind. I am so glad I chose to have my family live here.

The community is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance staff was great and handled things very well especially during a pandemic.Beth is very professional and helpful and answered all my questions. There aren't to many people that are professional and have the knowledge and such willingness to help people, she is definitely an asset to your company.

I think its easier to get a response from God than the people who work in the office. I moved out of my apartment 2 months sooner than my leases expected ending period and I've been trying to get in contact with them in regards to paying any remainder fee I have. It's approaching two months now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I left them a message on the community portal, tried calling them, left them a voicemail, sent them an email and I tried knocking on the leasing office, but no one's ever there. I have no idea on what else I should do to contact them. How is it that they have time to respond to Google reviews, telling us to contact them in regards to our issues that we've encountered during our stay there, when they hardly answer their phone calls or emails from the get-go?I also wanted to mention that I asked if I could have someone be sent out to clean the large pile of bird poop right next to my door. Asked via phone and email but it was disregarded. IT WAS LARGE AMOUNTS since birds love nesting around the stairs and such. Having to walk through it just to get to your door and then walking into your home with bird poop traces can be hazardous............ THAT'S BASIC KNOWLEDGE.Seriously, get your team together in the leasing office. This place has so much potential, but it's just a waste. For the love of god, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

From the beginning of our leasing experience, we encountered nothing but struggles. My husband and I were quickly looking for an apartment, as we were relocating to the area (pre-covid). Initially, we were blown away with the property. The leasing agent asked us what our budget was, then proceeded to ignore our budget and showed us a unit that was over $300 more in rent a month, that naturally I fell in love with and other units didn’t compare space wise- the smaller units having a washer and dryer in a tiny closet in the kitchen that you couldn’t stand in front of your dryer to unload, the space was so small. We went back to the office and she ran some different rates, she ultimately crossed out the amount of rent printed and wrote in a lower rate and signed the quote with her name and date. Two weeks later, I receive the lease agreement in my e-mail, after requesting it multiple times. The rent was $250+ higher than what we originally were quoted. I contacted the leasing agent, who stated this was an error on her end and the rent would be the higher amount. I held onto the quote in which she signed her name and forwarded it onto the property director, who was rude and said she wasn’t honoring the rate. I had to take time off work and my husband and I rushed back over to Perrysburg the next day, in search of an alternate property. We toured nearly every complex in Perrysburg and space wise, nothing could touch the unit we had been shown. We went back to RAC, the property director refused to speak to us, shutting her door. The leasing agent talked to her on our behalf, explained her error and she continued to refuse to give us the rate we were told, stating “I just can’t let it go for that low.” The fix they offered was two garage spots not close enough to be convenient to use. In the time crunch we had to move, we decided to proceeded with moving in. Our error, we knew how poorly this was handled. After taking possession, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. There was trash and other items left in the cabinets, hair all over the floor and counters, the cupboards in the kitchen were covered in so much grease that the grease stuck to your hands when you touched them, the floors were so sticky your shoes stuck to it, the white shower floors had so much soap scum on them they appeared grey, the lint trap in the dryer had three inches of lint on the screen. I immediately called the office, no answer. I left a detailed voicemail, no call back. I walked over to the office, no one was there during business hours. I was assured it would be properly cleaned prior to our official move in. When we moved in, four of us spent over six hours cleaning the unit, as it hadn’t been touched.Eventually, the staff of the leasing office turned over, yet the communication continued to lack. As it became warmer out, more and more issues arose. Our neighbors were outside smoking so often, we couldn’t have the sliding door/windows open. Our building had a sidewalk around it in a circle and the kids from the neighboring building would race on their bikes around the sidewalk, unsupervised. They would ride across and in the parking lot (nearly being hit multiple times) and would scream loudly for hours. The response from the office to this safety issue was to send out a reminder email on community etiquette. Our neighbor eventually took up playing the piano, which she played daily, often until midnight or later and the sound radiated through the floor, much like all sounds. The pool was filthy, Covid precautions were not monitored and we had to leave on multiple instances due to the amount of people in the area. Our garage began to spontaneously open and items were stolen, no call back on that issue. Smoke alarm battery died on cathedral ceiling, no responsefrom emergency maintenance or the work order- I had to climb on top of the fridge to remove the battery to stop the loud beeping after two days. In totality, this property is NOT what it appears. We were extremely disappointed throughout our entire experience and would not recommend.
