We stop here twice a week pretty much every week on our way through! It's our halfway point to stop for bathroom breaks & fill up for the 2nd half. I'm just very dissappointed to not see Vera there anymore?!? WHY??? She was so nice to our family EVERYTIME! She always upsold products and pointed out sales of stuff she knows we like/buy. This place should have NEVER let her go! They lost a lot of personality without her! Very bad decision, so had to drop my rating from 5? with Vera to 3 ? without her! Please bring her back for the "Regular" customers!!! We always paid more to fill up there and always bought stuff for the kids everytime we stopped. Now it's just another cold truck stop in the middle of several others, nothing special anymore!

I got in on Friday night to get a full service done. They weren't able to get me indue to staffing issues. I wasn't feeling good so I rescheduled for Saturday and the on Sunday. Just wasn't feeling good at all. Got in Sunday and the tech had worked on my truck before they a previous owner. It was cool to have someone work on it that knew it before. ?

Was able to get a DOT INSPECTION, and get right back to work!! After I went into the restaurant and had a great dinner!!

They did a thorough job with the tire I brought in, and they patiently explained to me some details about the trailer's auto-inflater when I asked. Every staff member I interacted with seemed friendly and professional.

Was told would be 1.5 hour wait for a pm. was 3 hours to get in a bay. 5.75 hours to get a pm. Mechanic was great. Pointed out a few things I needed to get looked at

I’ve done a few repairs here over the years since I live in Toledo. Everytime I show up, I get great service. Yeah, sometimes the wait is a little long when they’re busy but no customer is more important than the next. They always work steady and move at a great pace. Customer service is amazing and the mechanics are always willing to explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing a certain job a certain way. Tonight I had a valve stem replaced. I Didn’t get the service tech’s name but he was great. They weren’t busy so we talked and laughed a bit. I appeared people like him.
