The team is very willing to help, whether someone is buying a new bike, needs a repair, or just requires advice. They offer a great experience, letting customers try bikes and offering expert recommendations. While some specialized vintage repairs may need an outside mechanic, the shop will helpfully provide a recommendation. Many customers state it is the best bike shop around and everything a bike store should be.
