Stopped at this Speedway this morning, and had trouble with pump 3. Went inside and attendant told me that pumps 3 and 4 didn’t work when it rained, and was helpful in letting me prepay and I thought we discussed me moving over a pump (as she had said 3 and 4 didn’t work- her direct quote “I wouldn’t even go to 3 or 4.) I possibly misunderstood; nonetheless- the way the attendant handled the misunderstanding was incredibly rude. She told me in front of every Person inside the gas station, “ I told you to stay at 3!” (Which she did not) and continued being rude when I explained what I heard her say.Despite being frustrated, the best way to handle a misunderstanding or confusion is to politely and patiently help the customers. At no point was I rude, and not for the misunderstanding- but the response / rude comments from the attendant, I would never go back to this location.

Terrible gas station! The managers and workers are unprofessional. It’s always filthy. Managers seem to avoid the counter like a plague and are incredibly rude when they are at the counter. They talk rudely about the few employees they have to you while you are there. All together it reminds me more of a middle school than a gas station.
