Dr. George is amazing with my GSD with EPI that hates being in small spaces with strangers! Also love Dr. Sauty, she figured out our Labs allergy issues so quickly and when my cat had a heart murmur, she caught it right away! Thankful for y'all!

Dr Henderson was very thorough as usual. We took our Cavalier in because of a suspicious tooth. She noted some bleeding gums & prescribed an antibiotic which cleared up the issue. Auggie has had a slight heart murmur in the past, so checking it has always been part of any visit. A cardiologist in MI Dx our 1st CKC with a murmur. This developed into CHF & sadly we had to euthanize our beloved pet. South Suburban now has the capability to do their own Echocardiograms so no more trips and $$$ visits to a cardiologist vet in MI are necessary .

A vets’ receptionist should not be diagnosing a problem with your animal over the phone and telling you what will happen when they have never seen the animal. Which is what they did. And apparently it will take TWO appointments (twice as much money for them) to diagnose. Customer service here is so bad. It’s a shame because the vets loose customers before they step in the door.

Dr Murray is the best. He made Claire feel so relaxed and comfortable. He showed how much he cared for her. He showed such compassion for her in her final days. We will never forget that. We highly recommend Dr Murray for all your pet's needs. Bonus you will get to see -as my daughter said- some "pretty cool ties".
To all the staff on Claire's final days thank you. She loved the cupcake. We appreciate you all so much. We will never forget your guys kindness. Thank you

Dr. Henderson always shows interest in my cat. That’s why I come back yearly. She’s a very caring person. Plus, she picked up on some ear issue that needed surgery very early on in my cats first year.

They used to be phenomenal but all of the good folks have left or moved on to other opportunities over the years. The majority of the time that you call, you’re placed on hold and forgotten about. When someone does come to the line, they’re always annoyed, rushed and have no desire to provide even the most basic level of customer service. I’m not sure why they bother to set appointments when they can’t be trusted to follow their own schedule. Take your pet anywhere else but here, they’re not worth the headache.
