Literally every employee that worked here was rude and didn’t have basic customer service skills. The store itself was fine and had great inventory, but the environment was just disgusting. Even the manager was rude.

As soon as I walked in Micheal had great customer service he welcomed me and helped with getting my order smoothly. While he was getting the order..Natasha was awesome ? she gave me much info. about the perks and now I’m so ready to sign up so that I can get my diva beauty look on in the near future.
had to add one more name Brittany to thank for being so observant and helping me especially when I was tired and couldn’t think right on August 1st an angel ?

Will I bought 2 gift card for my kids and guess what the card have a zero balance.So here is what happened they took money to themselves.Now I have to wait tell they investigate hahahahaVery bad business. Your response even worse all I need is my money back and I told my kids to not go to place anymore. They spent to much money. No one did even call to fix the issues.Please people be careful.Putting a review is not going to help you nothing. I have had the worst experience ever.Now, you call them no one is responding.Here is my receipt. The store start making up stories. Now the only thing I can do is to take them to court. They stated that the gift card was use where is my daughter live. So who did use it??????? What day? And what time? Where is exactly been use. You have cameras and you can tell us who did.we need to find out who use the card I am sure you get the person information. And your cameras should say who did

I am DISGUSTED by the experience I had here. I, a South American woman, felt racially discriminated as I was in this store. The workers stalked me around as if I was going to steal something, whilst there were massive groups of white teenage girls strolling around the store. The employees kept making direct eye contact with me and whispering into their mics, and there was always an employee peeking over the shelves, watching me like I was some type of thief. I understand shop-lifting is a real problem, especially in a store like sephora, but this was just too much. Some people might say i’m being dramatic, and that the workers are just doing their job, but this was not the case. They constantly tormented me, asking if I needed help, over and over, sometimes more than once by the same person. I feel utterly disgusted by this experience, and I most definitely will not be coming back.
