Second Sole's sign says "Shoes Apparel Advice". The "Advice" promise on the sign is not true.I just returned from Second Sole in Perrysburg and received zero advice. The polite young man (maybe 19 years old?) knew nothing. He didn't check my arch, my gait or anything other than measuring my foot. I already know my size. He didn't know the heal drop or literally anything else about any shoe. Then he brought out 6 pairs of shoes that were ALL smaller than what my foot measured. He was polite, but untrained. A total waste of time and I will never return. I would give zero stars if I could.

I came to Second Sole to purchase a pair of shoes and some socks. I got my last pair of shoes here and was happy to return. This time the staff never managed to even say hello or welcome me to the store. Not even when I tried on a pair of shoes that was on sale as they were the only shoes I could get on my own did they even bother to speak or say a word. There were three sales staff on the floor and not one of them could have cared less that I was there so I will gladly take my money to a place that will at least acknowledge that they have a customer. I would suggest visiting anywhere but here if you want a pleasant shopping experience and some help.

Such a rude staff. Came in to try on some shoes. No one acknowledged I was in the store or asked to help me. I ended up leaving since I was ignored. Don’t waste your time in this store. Zero stars!

Pictures I purchased a pair of insoles for my shoes for $34.99 I tried on multiple pairs until I found one that best suited my feet.

Knowledgeable and helpful. They know their stuff about running. Even if they don't carry a specific shoe I like, they'll order it and it'll be in within a couple days. I won't go any where else for my running needs.
