I had my lash lift and tent done today by Monica. I am 60 years old. Don’t wear make up and I am extremely pleased with my lashes. They don’t look fake. They’re very natural looking and they have a nice girl to them. The experience was very relaxing and Monica explained everything to me as she was doing it. I will definitely be back in eight weeks. If you’re looking for lash lift with some color and something just a little subtle, it’s perfect no more mascara great for the summertime.

I've visited Salon Hazelton a few times. Each time I've chosen a different stylist because of my schedule. Every time I I've visited the service at check in was pleasant and smooth. The stylist was with me promptly and was very friendly. I can be a difficult client because I don't always know exactly what I want. But every time the stylist has done an amazing job of listening and giving me a cut that suits me and my specific needs. I would recommend Hazelton to anyone looking for a local salon.

Jessica did a great job on my hair. The receptionists were more focused on talking with each other than checking in clients and offering them a beverage or showing where to sit upon arrival.

I went in on Saturday Feb 24th and had a 9am appt with Savannah.I asked for about 3 inches off the front, long layers, thinned, and blended. She advised I would need about 3 in the front and 4 in the back.
I left with choppy, uneven hair that is 5-6 inches shorter. I was originally going to come back in to get it fixed but after speaking with a few people I did not feel comfortable she could fix my hair. I requested to cancel the appt, and even sent multiple photos into the salon and asked for a manger to call me in regards to a refund. Two days later still no call and I even followed up this morning and was told as soon as a manger came in today they would call. Sad to say i am still waiting. I went to a different salon and paid to have my hair fixed. I wish the manager would reach out in a timely manor to address the situation.

Went in for a perm and they were super nice. I asked for a light one and was told it could fall put sooner so i was expecting after a month it would fall out (normal perms last 3-6). It fell out within the same week. When called i was told they would fix it for free but when i arrive everyone was so hostile with me. The stylist said she didnt want to do my hair because she wouldnt make money. They “required” i leave a $50 dollar tip in order to get the service for free. Even the manager was passive aggressive to me. If i knew my perm was going to fall out within the week i wouldve gotten a stronger one. As i left the stylist said to me “i hope you like it this time”. You guys should be embarrassed.
