Place is a joke. Had a company fuel card get stuck in the pay at the pump. Walked inside and asked if they knew how to get it out and she stated “that’s been doing it all week” so instead of taking the pump out of service they continued to allow this issue to happen. Her only solution was handing me pliers to “break the card out”. 20 minutes later of messing with it I was able to get it out. Not once did they come out. She was extremely rude.

Sunday March 19, 2023 : 3:45 pm. Older lady, maybe mid 40s lower 50s… may have the worst costumer service Iv encountered in 35 years. Terrible attitude. Always in a bad mood. Kid in front of me had to pay with 2 dollars worth of quarters and you would have thought he punched her daughter in the face. She gave him a terrible look and says…. “Thankkkkksssssss” I stop her and get coffee and gas almost every day. You’ve lost business and will continue to lose business as long as this lady is working here. I will spred the word and repost this on all local pages in Perrysburg.

Gas is cheaper here but only because you have to go inside to pay. Supposedly getting new pumps. Wonder how long that’s been going on?

Terrible marathon I stopped into use the restroom and the employee lied to me saying there was someone in there the light was off and I called him out on it and then he came and unlock the door after that I tried to leave and one of the two doors to get into was locked so as I tried to leave one of the doors did not open. Looks nice from the outside but the service was terrible can’t imagine trying to go there on a daily basis

If I could give zero stars, I would. The card readers at the registers have been broken for several months, only giving the option of "English" and "Processing" when the second option should be "Spanish." Even if I were to try and click the second option, the card reader automatically chooses "English" for the patron. I have mentioned this issue to management several times over the past couple months only to be laughed and scoffed at. We will no longer be giving our money to this gas station and corner store.
