I lived in tha Apartments for over 4 years. During this time there were very few issues. However when there was the issue was resolved quickly. The complex was always clean and quality of life was excellent.

Kim, the maintenance man, was both personable and professional.He replaced a hot water tank,and had to remove the door frame and part of the wall. He replaced the tank, then repaired the frame and wall back to its original condition.

Honestly this is a great place to live! Any maintenance requests are addressed very quickly. Paula, Chris, and Jordan are all super nice and helpful resources for residents. It's a very quiet community and everyone gets an outdoor patio which I love!
