The people who make policies and procedures need to be fired. I went in there with an order for 24 hr urine collection. They gave me the necessary items to get it done. They also gave me the order back and I thought it was my copy. When I went to drop it off, they said they can't take it in without the order. Promedica can't scan a copy, can't make a copy? How did they put it in the system? Didn't have an order number? Everywhere I went the business made a copy and gave me a copy. Then they look at you like you should know to bring your copy back. How would I know if I'm not told? What's next, should I remind them of my own appointment or maybe file documents in my file for them? Lazy and have zero common sense. Avoid these brainiacs.

I've gotten my blood drawn here three separate times and every time has been quick and efficient. They staff is always extremely friendly!

Easily accessible, large parking lot. I have never had to wait long at this location, friendly staff, very professional.

Easy to find, parking lot very accessible, automatic door available for easy handicap accessibility. If you need a schedule do so online or through their app for easy scheduling time and not long wait.

From the moment we checked in, everyone was very nice. Special call out to the lab tech, Robin, who had such a great demeanor with such a little patient. Even though there were several others in the waiting room, the wait time was minimal.

The staff are always polite and are patient centered. Wait times are reasonably fast and the phlebotomy staff are excellent.
