Deposited a couple thousand dollars in the ATM, the only way to make a deposit at this branch, and the ATM canceled the transaction and heard a grinding noise for about 3 minutes and *POOF* money gone. Bank says up to 2 weeks to clear the dispute!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! highly don't recommend

Put cash in ATM since they DON'T have tellers, it made a grinding noise for 3 minutes and said transaction canceled and *POOF* ALL our money is gone! Employees and district manager said there's nothing they can do. It's considered a "dispute" and can take 2 WEEKS to figure it out! TWO WEEKS FOR A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLAR ERROR ON THEIR END! Totally unacceptable! If we owed them a couple thousand and was 2 weeks late, I wonder how many fees we'd accumulate???

Hours say drive through open until 2pm on Saturday! Drove here specifically for that reason and drive through was NOT open.

Why is this place even allowed to call itself a bank at this location? NO tellers, no inside ATM, and you’re lucky if the one outside works.

I'd give this bank less than one star if the option was available. Everytime I go there it's a problem with the automated teller and since there's many transactions you can only do through it, it's wasted me time and money. I will be changing banks as soon as possible.

This location does not have actual tellers. They only have a remote teller. Every time we have to use the location our deposit is off in some way. Is it too much to ask to have a fully functioning branch in the area to service us as a small business or smaller community?

Perrysburg location no longer has customer service representatives in the bank that can help process deposits or withdrawals. This PNC make you wait in vestibule and process transactions with a video call to a customer service representative off site. Entire process takes entirely too long. One other person in bank and took ten minutes to deposit money. Last time on a Friday it took 15 minutes to complete deposit and only one other person there, I waited a very long time to connect with video call. Takes way too long for video to connect. Need more machines, or use teller and machines, I like Bowling Green location better because they still have tellers.

Tellerless "bank." I'm all about technology, but why have a building and call it a bank if you are just going to direct people to talk to an ATM. If I go inside for a transaction it's because I can't do it at the ATM.

Letting all of their tellers go right before Christmas and saying it is the 'new norm'?I say it is more of a sign similar to when your company starts charging you for coffee.'it's clooooooosing time'

Bank is no more. They don't want to serve Perrysburg anymore. Maybe Perrysburg should bank elsewhere Ps they bought the bank walking distance from my winter home, renss as med it PNC then closed the branch. Seems like PNC is greedy snd to think they paid me .1% interest

This PNC branch no longer has tellers. Forced to talk an ATM machine. City no longer has a PNC branch with live support staff.

Incompetent sub par company who will cause you more headaches then any bank I’ve ever been with. Take your business elsewhere in my opinion.
