I’m really surprised to read all of these positive comments when my experience with PJ Automotive & Towing was anxiety inducing and extremely unprofessional. They damaged my car during a tow and refused to pay for the damages. I don’t know what else to say. Awful experience. Please be cautious when working with this company and make sure to take pictures/videos before getting your car towed.
Again, awful. Mike, do better.

The driver received the order around 7:45pm on Sept 24th and gave my wife and I a call. We were headed to Toledo Ohio but we're still just south of Bowling green. We needed a tow. To my surprise, he was directed to tow us to Holland Ohio, where I Graduated from High school! This review is for the driver. Such a kind and friendly man without Question. He was able to offer us a ride. He was very professional and knew his job. Rain was pouring down but during the tow, he was very careful. I would definitely recommend PJ Automotive for towing needs

Women Do not go here and do not let the tow truck driver refer you either !! He may get a cut for referrals ?dishonest people ????will fix enough to have you come back not even 30 days later ?then tell you it’s another problem ??give you the run around!!temporary repairs?

1000% recommended! DAN saved the day. AAA had me waiting for 4 hours in the freezing rain and dispatched a driver to the wrong address and a driver with a flatbed to a parking garage. Dan was the third driver to take the call and got me out of the garage with ease. This man brightened my otherwise very cruddy morning. Dude is hilarious and made a bad situation bearable. Thanks Dan, I appreciate you a ton.

Great towing service! My car died and I found it wasn't safe to drive, alternator was bad. Estimated time given was 75 min or more. This was at night too this happened. He came in 20 min! Very professional , found where to take it. Then just to double check he called to make sure. Highly recommend PJ's.
