Went foe an oil change. They told me the final price before starting to make sure I was ok with it. Did the oil change, air in tires, checked and topped off fluids, checked all exterior lights. The best part was they didnt ask if I want an air filter or cabin filter. I will definitely return!”

“Found them after looking for a shop within walking distance of where I work downtown after Tireman closed their downtown location (correction, "relocated to Oregon", lol) after they got bought out by Belle Tire. Got and oil change ($38.95) and tire rotation ($20.00) about a month ago without any bogus fees added on like oil disposal or shop supply fees, just sales tax. They also just fixed a tire puncture for me today at no charge. Had my vehicle ready for me after work. Very glad I found them.”

Very quick service and were informative when it came to promoting their products/services. Also, they provide a bottle of water while waiting, which is amazing (especially in the summer)! “I've been doing business with this company for several years, over 20. I have trust issues but not with this company. My car window wasn't working, because on my car's age and lack of available used parts they couldn't fully repair the window. However, they did a great job making the window stay up and secure. “The service used to be great when this was tireman. Since it's become belle tire the people are still friendly, but you can't make an appointment for a damn thing. First come first served. If you have to drop off your vehicle for an oil change because it's going to take four hours, well that's just your bad luck.
UPDATE: I got a response from the manager. A lot of companies today don't give a damn about a singular customer, but he apologized and asked me to give them another chance, and covered the oil change. This dude kept a customer and kept my loyalty to this location.”

“ALL the employees are friendly. The check in/ check out person was very friendly, thorough and didn’t try to upsell me anything. Two employees showed me my dipstick to show the oil level, cleanliness of the oil and what to look for if I check my own oil.
Every Valvoline has the friendliest staff/ mechanics and CSR’s. I appreciate your employees treating customers with respect and without condescension even if we don’t know that much about our vehicles.
