Slow slow slow. 2 lane drive thru that has only one lane for 5 years. Inside window, just 1. Sometimes same person working both.

I don't know that I've ever had an experience here where I didn't feel like I was bothering them -- NOT quite the patient care that should be given.

There needs to be more staff at peak times. Waiting 40-50 minutes in the drive thru line or 30-40 minutes inside is ridiculous. Having a second drive thru that is never operational doesn't seem ideal either. Kroger you're a multi-billion dollar company. Hire more people
