Staff is very friendly. The quality of clothes is very nice.I buy a lot of things there for my mom in Russia. She is always excited to have new things from J.Jill’s.Sometimes I find cardigans and sweaters for myself too. Great quality. Large assortment of natural fabrics.

I've always liked J.Jill and had another nice experience when I came in with a friend of mine. We were just window shopping, that's how it always starts, and my friend eventually walked out with some lovely pieces. The ladies that were working that day were very polite and professional, and very helpful. I appreciated the fact that they did not hover. But I must admit that my favorite part of all was being offered a part-time job to work with them! Haha, if only I could have said yes. But I was flattered nonetheless for having been asked.

I can see why reviews are so low. Rude. When I didn't want to give my information to them so she proceeded to tell me the sale couldn't be made which of course was ludicrous. All she had to do is hit skip. She made me, the customer, feel terrible. I will NEVER go into this store EVER!!

Went to basil for dinner Saturday after the great Ohio State Victory Great service, nice decor wonderful host The entire Levi’s commons was lit up for Christmas and there was horse and buggy, beautiful Christmas tree and many people enjoyed themselves! Perrysburg should be proud how nice this development came back k and surpassed expectations! Go visit eat , shop, hotels etc

Clean, friendly, constant visual of full time on site security. Delicious variety of food establishments to satisfy everyone young and old various price range. Great selection of shopping and very successful even without two huge anchor stores. Keep up the good work!!!
