Not impressed. Planned to open a new CD for my blind mother whose CD had just matured. Told my POA wasn't good enough. Wouldn't pass legal and I needed to bring my mother in. Made an appointment, brought my mother in and the rate I was given over the phone that morning was incorrect. The young ?banker?? was apathetic and condescending. We walked out of the bank with a check for a lot of money, went straight to another bank, and opened a CD--No appointment needed. Will never step foot in this branch again. Customer service was awful. Attitude was awful. She looked pleased that we walked out of there and the only work she had to do was cut the check and watch the money walk out.

Good for the most part but tends to block card to much for security reasons but I guess I would rather have more protection than not enough

I used this branch instead of my usual one and will not be back. Rude teller, demanded I had an account and ID to exchange a 20 dollar bill for 2 rolls of quarters. I went to a different branch and was able to exchange my money no problem. Will not be returning to this branch. I will use other branches or only the ATM going forward.

Was told to wait a few minutes because there was folks Infront of me. 20 minutes later I watched people come in and out of the branch and get served as me and two others waited. Don't waste your time.

Never had a bad experience with Huntington Bank. I've had my account hacked a couple of times and I feel that they've did everything that they could to get it handled in a timely manner. I recommend Huntington Bank and their policies, their staff is also the best!!!

Completely inept when it comes to customer service, the manager is trashy and self righteous and the teller is about as useless as can be.If you care about your money I would stay as far away from this branch location as possible.
