Terrible!!! Susan convinced me to use the Emerald Card, and I believed her, but she gave me a card that seemed fake and couldn't be used anywhere. I tried calling H&R Block for help many times, but they did not support me. I asked to see Susan many times but couldn't. She was busy with this and that. H&R just asked me to come back and work with H&R. What the..I have to spend a lot of time calling H&R Block and Emerald Card customer support, but the issue is not fixed yet.I have to spend a lot of time calling H&R Block and Emerald Card customer support, but the issue is not fixed yet.This is the last time I work with H&R Block.

I don’t advise anyone to do their taxes with H&R BlockVery very bad and no experience whatsoever.They will screw you big time.Please please check Liberty tax returns.People at Liberty are expert and know what they are doing.

Susan Gilts did my taxes at this location in April and 7 months later they are still not done because she misfiled them so badly. My city and state taxes were both filed incorrectly and the state has now come back to me for the 3rd time. Absolutely ATROCIOUS service and they charged me $500.

Terrible. This is twice that they got major things wrong on our returns. When I called to explain an amount was on the wrong line, Sue said: "Well, your wife said it was for the business." Right. I get that. It's still wrong. Sue just kept saying that. Right. And? I told her it still needs to be fixed. Then she said she doesn't like my attitude. Sooooooo done with this office. Terrible. Oh, and they didn't return my call. I had to call only to get told this.

I've been a loyal H&R block customer for 15 years. In all that time, only once have they ever made a mistake on my taxes. That in and of itself wouldn't bother me, but the company does not stand behind it's guarantees. If you have no choice but to go here, don't waste your money on the Peace of Mind. They won't honor it, or at least refused to, even though the error was very obviously the fault of the my tax preparer. After a lengthy process of trying to get an appointment to have my taxes re-reviewed, the new person found the error in less than 5 minutes. After submitting a claim, H&R Block denied it. If the guarantees mean nothing, why spend $200-300 every year when there are much cheaper places that provide the same service?

Absolutely would NOT recommend this location to anyone. We have used H&R Block the last several years for our taxes (at a different location but we recently moved) and have had a great experience, so we thought it would be pretty seamless. We were wrong.I made an appointment for a virtual appointment. After nearly a week of having the appointment their manager called me and said they are unable to do virtual appointments even though I had the option to book it online. Then later that night he called to tell me that their tax "pro" was unable to file our return because my wife was self-employed and their pro didn't know how to process her return. He then told me I had to make an appointment at another location even though the tax filing deadline is less than a week away now. I am very frustrated and most definitely will not be coming back to this location ever.

Susan Gilts always provides such a wonderful experience. We worry every year and she does a great job of bringing us comfort in our tax preparation. She always makes us feel like family and she does an amazing job as well.
