My family doesn't have medical insurance. We've been coming here for years for a variety of things. Including sports physicals. Never a long wait. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very thankful for the facility!

Very rude and unprofessional. Don't go here if you can possibly help it. I had the worst time just trying to get a drug screening here and when I found out my new employer gave me the wrong email to sent it off to, the person I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude about lifting a finger to send the email off again. So sorry they had such a problem simply doing their job.

Friendly staff. Not so uptight like most places. Their friendliness really helped calm my nerves.

I went for a DOT physical and Gina did a great job! She was actively keeping the wait time down and treated everybody with a professional attitude. Also no weird neck measuring etc…it was quick and easy. Thank you Gina!

My son came for help and was turned away because he did not have a copy of his insurance card. He’s been there quite a few times and had been seen and was not asked for his card. I’ve personally been many places without my card. He has a serious condition and felt like he was treated rudely. People in healthcare should really try to help people not make them feel worse!! Extremely disappointing. He ended up at Mercy ED and they were amazing! No card needed! Perhaps you all should treat patients like they were your family! Will never come there again, and certainly will not recommend your facility to any of my friends. Also, there is no sign on door, inside facility or on your website that you need your card if you have been there before and you have no changes.

I love my docter there she is amazing. Listens and is very understanding. She has helped me alot with any concerns. Gets me in right away. Anyone that gives a negative review on waiting is ridiculous because you have to wait anywhere. I actually switched my old docter to her and she's fantastic. The staff is always friendly and nice.

The receptionist was super rude and condescending. Also wasn't wearing a mask even though there's a huge sign on the door stating that everyone entering the buildings needs to wear one. Took forever to sign my boyfriend in, and they don't take walk in's, which is wild considering every other urgent care that we've ever been to, accepted walk in's. The inconsiderate receptionist took longer arguing with us about how we needed an appointment, which, they do not clarify that you need, when she could have just signed us in. It's urgent care! If we wanted to wait extra hours while my boyfriend felt terribly sick, we would have just made a doctors appt! They also tried giving him a Covid test for $99! The urgent care that I went to offered it for free and they also tested me for the flu for free along with xrays that were covered by insurance! Do not bother with this place. Go to the Promedica urgent care down the road. This place is a joke.

Friendly staff however they will rob you of every penny. I knew my finger was infected from a cut so I came in to be prescribed an antibiotic. I paid $50 that day and It was insinuated that is all I would owe. I was seen for maybe 3 minutes for the dr. to take a quick look at my finger (never touched It or really looked at It) just a quick glance to confirm what I already knew and was prescribed an antibiotic. I then received a bill for another $78, my ins covered $42. Ultimately I ended up paying $128 out of pocket original bill was $170 for my finger to be looked at briefly. Definitely recommend going to a Kroger minute clinic instead of be gouged for money here.
