Walked in ( like a normal person would ) 3 hairstylist just got done 1 customer sitting but couldn't get a cut because online ( not normal ) people wasn't there . I probably could have my hair cut before the online people showed up . So you just turn away a customer. Why can't us normal people get a hair cut without a phone # or online B.S. ? ? ? ?

On 5/23/24 Jessica gave me exceptional service on a re-do haircut that another stylist at a different location botched badly.
Jessica was professional, and went above and beyond to correct my hair and even styled it afterward. Thank you Jessica, you rescued my botched hair and gave me a style I can feel good about.

I've gone here twice within the past week and they had closed early both times. Like, a few hours early.
Been to this location many times in the past with no issues and never encountered them closed during normal, posted business hours. Perhaps they are short staffed or under new management. ?

Worst place to get your child's hair cut. They have obese stylist who take breaks every twenty mins. Get better people.dont hire cows to cut hair

It's my go to haircut place. I like not having to make an appointment days ahead and you can join the waitlist online. A basic haircut at a reasonable price with friendly hairstylists.

If you are looking for fast, economical and friendly stylist then this is your place. Check in online for sure. Always greeted with a smile in a low key stress free environment. They keep notes in customer needs which I love.

I have been here many times and the stylists here are awesome. In a time crunch I have busted other locations and I have gotten burned. I do use the app to log in and get on the waiting list and have never waited long to get my cut. I will keep going to this location as long as I keep seeing the same people working.
