Everyone very friendly. I bought my truck off the show room floor after test driving an identical truck but different color. While driving home it over heated. I had to wait till the next day because the dealership was already closed. Called them up the next morning and they did an amazing job of getting it into service. Turned out a clamp from the factory was not put on correctly. They fixed that and made sure everything else was good to go. Was very pleased!

The service dept, Deb especially, is wonderful! Drove out here from NJ, pulled up to my destination & my 2021 Envision died. Dead. Called Buick roadside assistance, they towed the car to Cronin Perrysburg. I arranged to rent a car for the rest of my stay, Deb called while I was on my way to pick up the rental, my car was done already. Less than 2 hours of it getting to Cronin! Thank you! Saved me all those rental fees, and my sanity!

Excellent dealership! Our salesman Eric Kudas is by far the best. He worked with us to explain everything on the truck and made sure we knew if we had any questions when we got home to just call him. Couldn't ask for a better salesman. Very knowledgeable!.

We’ve worked with Eric for years and always come back to him when we are in the market for a new vehicle. We love our new 2024 Sierra 2500 and greatly appreciate being able to trust our dealer with such a significant purchase. We also appreciate the time he spent with us helping us to learn all the vehicle “bells and whistles”.

Your people are nice to talk with but i feel they didnt really listen to what I was telling themI took my GMC to get the oil changed at quick oil place. They discovered that I was a quart low. The quick oil place topped the oil off. I went right to the dealer and explained there was a leak. They took my GMC right in and said yes you have a leak. The dealer gave me a loaner and we walked around the car It was stated there was a small paint chip. I was called the next day and said the leak was in the intake manifold. But they did Not change the oil so they took apart the manifold but left dirty Oil?

Andrew was super helpful during my search for a new heavy duty truck, coming from out of town without having the ability to come in to the dealership to see the vehicle very easily. 10/10 would drive the two hours away again to work with him.

Updated review : THEY scratched my car while in service, had me come back for estimate.Waiting a month for a fix for something THEY did. This is a waste of my time. If I wasted the dealerships time, you bet THEY would charge me.No sorry, no apologies, no compensation.Just we will fix it when WE have time.Alright, I hear you. You don't want a customer to come back. I'm not worried, there's plenty of other auto companies and dealers.Will reply when they update their reply.

My vehicle was damaged in the 6/23 tornados. Got my estimate was told to drive thru collision bldg.Geico ins is on site at Cronin.Older man didn't want to wait on me, other coworker didn't either. I saw the exchange between them. All I needed was a date for bodyshop? Older man said he would call me! A week has gone by?? You think this how new customers should be treated?

I recently took my 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali in for its first service and when I picked it up it had grease down the side of the fender and on the hood. I was just gonna wipe it off and forget about it, then I decided to check everything out further. Upon opening the hood I seen a red used greasy rag that was lying there where the hood latch is. So when I got a follow up message from Cronin about feedback I decided to let them get my displeasure with the customer service and there lack of attention to detail.I WILL NOT be taking my vehicle back to them for any type of service.

Well went in for an oil change, like always when the truck says so. Have never paid that much for an oil change as this time, ok supply chain, labor costs, blah blah blah. Here’s the rub, normally they’d at least run it through their wash. Nope. So higher prices less service, I’ve bought a lot of vehicles from them over the years, but guess it’s time to try someone else

I went in for service on my current Terrain and ended up purchasing a new Terrain ?. Eric was great to work with. Took time to go over all the different bells and whistles the newer one had, there were many, my other Terrain was just basic. If u r in the market for a new ride, I would highly recommend Eric Kudas.

Appointments are always easy to book. Offer transportation shuttle if you do not wish to wait at facility. Get your car in and out as quickly as the can.

This is our third vehicle we have now purchased from Mathew Cunningham and Eric Kudas and I can't believe that it was possible to have the entire process be any more simple and stress free as it was. We have never felt any type of pressure to rush through anything just to make the sale.They go out of their way to make us feel comfortable with everything from start to finish making sure it was all done in a manner that worked best for us and even taking documents to my wife's office so she didn't have to use her lunch hour.It's nice to know that there are still folks out there that truly do care about their costumers and want to make sure everything is perfect and if not they make sure to take care of any issue no matter how small.Thanks again for everything and we will most definitely be back and will continue to recommend you to our friends and family.
