Matt Carpenter was a pleasure to deal with and made the entire buying process easy. He and Matt Cunningham worked with GM to make sure I was treated fairly after having an issue with my previous Sierra. Great people to work with.

Buick GMC of Perrysburg is a great place to have your car serviced. They are reasonably priced, have a nice waiting room, and the work always stands the test of time. I highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time I have had the pleasure of working w/ Andrew Micham leasing a vehicle, and could not be happier. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable taking the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with him again in the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend Andrew. I love my Buick Envista!

I cannot speak more highly of the service department at Cronin GMC. John and Mike were amazing and truly saved the day! We were traveling cross country and had an issue with our fifth wheel in tow where we lost trailer brakes. After troubleshooting items on the trailer side, we were worried it was something on the truck side. We called no less than 10 GMC dealerships in the state of Ohio and the edge of Indiana and John was the only one that told us to come right and they would see what they could do. John and Mike worked over a few hours in the afternoon to figure out there was an issue with the 2024 GMC Sierra and a module that was not compatible with the solar battery back up on our fifth wheel trailer. They work to get the module updated, even getting the part from their sister Chevy dealership and got us back on the road shortly after 5 PM the same day. We’re so thankful that they were willing to help!

Formerly, when I went to Cronin in Bowling Green, Ohio, I was greeted in a friendly fashion and made to feel welcome. This wasn't the case at the Perrysburg location. I was met by a young woman who wandered out of the service desk area and ambled up to my truck. At first, I wasn't sure if she was an employee or another customer. She seemed bored. She took my keys and gestured to the service desk area for me to go there. When I got there, she wandered back in and indicated that another person would be taking care of me that day. The second person then took over. In the course of the morning, I was talked into having my brake system fluid and differential flushed. I pointed out that I had had a complete brake job at Cronin Bowling Green in 2022. The service writer stated that the system wasn't flushed during that previous service. How do you do a complete change of brake pads and rotors without flushing the brake fluid? Either it should have been done at Cronin Bowling Green when the rotors were replaced, or, if it was, it did NOT need to be done again at Cronin Perrysburg. Along with the unexpected brake flush and differential flush, my oil change and tire rotation wound up costing me in excess of $700.00. I definitely felt as though I had been "traded- up". Additionally, the customer waiting area is removed from the service area. Service writers call the customer on the phone to discuss recommendations and/or progress rather than walking across the service reception bay to discuss these items face-to-face. Much easier to trade-up a customer when you're not looking them in the eye. Again, a very impersonal approach. I may look elsewhere for service in the future.
