Absolutely terrible. Just needed to print a couple things. Computer wasn't working. Two employees hiding in the back. Had to call for them a few times to get them to come out and tell me to just use the tablet. No real instruction on how to do so. Kept getting told that I'd get an email with a code. Tried asking a couple times how it's supposed to send me an email if it hasn't given me an option to enter one, but they just kept interrupting me and telling me I'd receive a code. Absolutely nasty people. Sorry I had to make them come out of their hole to actually do their job

Kitty is amazing!!! Im a big, dumb, lumbering animal when it comes to doing...well, anything actually!I was having a major challenge getting a return label printed and she went above and beyond to make it happen!!!

I have had a package sitting at Perrysburg Ohio Fedex for four day's. it's only 30 minutes from my location. Im going to try and pick it up myself tomorrow.

Meagan, Ivy, and Sydni were so helpful with shipping my package to Italy. They made sure my package met international requirements and found the best price possible for me! I was so impressed with their professionalism and expertise. I would this location for all of your shipping needs!

First, I would like to point out that I am giving feedback on the store in Perrysburg and not the Hub as people seem to get those two confused. Our whole Company (Hulcher) utilizes FedEx for our shipping needs! This visit I was assisted by Meagan. Also, had conversation with Sydni. There customer service is AMAZING!!!! She was very efficient and created my label in timely manner!!!! Really enjoyed my conversation w/ Meagan and Sydni ! Made my day and were awesomely friendly !!!!! Really appreciate all the effort being made by these employees to make everyone's experience non-frustrating & great ! Thanks again Girls, see you at my next shipment !!!

I had a very pleasant experience walking in. The girls working there all have this professional attitude and worked continuously through a rush of people before and after me. I’m not very good with this stuff but this young lady with blonde hair and glasses really helped me step by step through the entire process. despite the rush I was in and out in a reasonable time.

*Before you review remember this is FedEx Office and they are not responsible for the delivery of packages. That is the FedEx ground station on J Street which is also in Perrysburg.I have noticed that the majority of the reviews on this business are not even for the business itself. I'd like to start by saying that this store is wonderful, the team at this location makes me feel welcome every time I come in. They have not only helped me in designing products for my business, but they also take every rush job I've given them with grace (I'm sorry for not planning ahead)I have worked individually with 3 women there and they have always been so kind and understanding. They have definitely removed my stress for getting jobs done and had very large, beautiful print jobs done very quickly. I've had invitations, business cards, posters, and brochures made with them and I'm excited to keep working with them! Thank you!

C'mon people, this is FedEx office not the hub! If you want to leave bad reviews on a poor package delivery, you need to look up the FedEx hub on J street. Just because they are both in Perrysburg doesn't mean this location should suffer for something they have no involvement or control in. This store is AWESOME, it's staff are friendly and welcoming. They have fun while helping guests and that's hard to come by. They have constantly went above my expectations for print services.If you need invitations, flyers, business cards, or posters this is the place to go!
