If I needed to be seen right away and he wasn’t available, making an appointment with someone else in the practice was never an issue! Everyone is great! Have nothing but great things to say about everyone there!”

“I am very happy with my care from Sylvan Lakes Family Physicians! The staff are all very kind, calm and efficient, a rare combination. I have never had any trouble getting in for an appointment and wait times are short when I'm there.Dr. Dickman is the best primary care physician I have had in a long time! She listens to my concerns and asks questions. She answers questions when I have them and is willing to refer me to a specialist if needed. She always has a calm and patient presence and never seems rushed during appointments, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend her!”

I’m happy I gave them another chance!*Update: gave difference doctor another chance and (hopefully I don't jinx it) he seemed much more interested this time in listening and attempting to help me. “I would give 5 atars but the office staff is awful. They either have an attitude, or just act like they dont care. Dr swartz is absolutely amazing, any dr that i seen in the office has been great, understanding, caring and doesnt rush you out of there. They actually listen and try to understand and help as best as they can. Its so great to feel heard and cared for.”
