Make sure you get all costs up front from them. Once the piano was put in place, they demanded $40 to pick it up and move it to the other corner of the room which took all of 2 minutes for two guys to lift it up, walk 10 feet with it, and put it back down.

I hired Creative Crating and Moving to move a spinet piano and they did an excellent job. The rate was reasonable, the job was completed quickly, and the staff was professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
