I didn't have any issues were pleasant to work with, I did forget to get refund on my tire disposal fee. I will see about that my next visit. For the price I got the tires for I had no issue with taking a chance on the store. Michelin defender 2 225/55/r18 with discount was best price around. I double checked tires and car didn't see any issues.

Front end employees and customer service so far good, pharmacy not great not horrible. If I could give zero stars to the tire center I would. Purchased two sets of tires in the past without issues but recently *TRIED* to purchase a set of tires for my 2012 Town & Country and nothing but issues from the start. Took over 10 minutes for anyone to notice the six people lined up then after another 15 minutes I finally get to talk to a snarky woman who is clearly unhappy with life. She asks me for the tire size then didn't believe me and insisted I go walk back to the van and take a photo of the tire. Took about 10 days for tires to arrive. Appointment add another week. Not even five minutes I get a call claiming my van never came with 17" wheels. Chrysler used both 16" and 17" both 225/65. I know this for a fact as I and owned mine since new and same factory wheels since day one. Then I got some lame "well the size discrepancy can't be more than 3% and yours is close to 4%" I said ok proceed anyway. Then five minutes later get another call since they broke one wheel stud clean off and then badly stripped another. The dealer I once worked at had the wheels off once otherwise I'm the only one who touches them. They claimed I stripped the lug nuts despite I always remove and install them starting by hand then torque to factory spec 100 ft lbs. Then they refused to install them and tried to make me have the vehicle towed. They then made a spectacle of pushing the van out of the bay and to a nearby parking spot in an obvious attempt to humiliate us as if the van was some piece of garbage. Had to bicker quite a bit to get my key back, drove home, they tried to call while I was driving but wife and I were not amused to put it mildly. I love the van, recently hit 100,000 mi, and all maintenance is done to dealer standards whether by myself or Chrysler dealer. Replaced all 20 wheel studs and lug nuts they still refused to touch the van. Clearly the technician(s) are trigger happy with the air tools which a competent tire center knows not to use air wrench on lug nuts and wheel studs. I was able to get refunded though. Endless excuses and an entire crew clearly unhappy with their jobs and life. I would not trust any of these people to feed my cats when we are on vacation let alone with my tires and, ultimately, safety on the road. Costco today is certainly not the Costco I grew to love starting in 2007 when they opened where I lived at the time. I would cancel the membership but my wife likes the new business center in Southfield MI and outside Atlanta when we see family. Photos of van after I got same tire (Michelin Defender 2) at Belle Tire--had zero issues there.

I have used Costco gas in many places across the country in this particular place it was clean and well attended with staff available to help you no matter what type of situation you may need from forgetting your card to trouble at the pump. Costco has lots of things for the consumer to feel good about 1st of all the quality of their gas is excellent especially for the price point and I really need premium and it's anywhere from 10 to 20 cents a gallon less than is in the general market. It's a great value. The quality of their goods are also excellent in the store. Including lots of organic food in the crazy value of their $5 roasted chicken just like a miniature turkey. But most importantly, they pay a livable wage for their average employees, including health care and benefits, and I always want to support a large a large retail box store that does this type of thing

Staffs are super friendly and professional. We got a flat tire during the road trip. Though there was no tire of our type in stock, they help us order one and replaced it the next day. And we finally got back to our sweet home. Thank you guys ?

We had a flat tire during our road trip, and several other hotels didn't answer the phone. This one answered the phone and told us that we could try a walk-in. Finally, we made an appointment online. Although our tires were out of stock at the site, the staff said that if you order now, they can be replaced tomorrow. In the end, we went to replace the tires as soon as the door opened the next day and got home safely. Thank you very much to the Tire Center staff and a female staff member for patiently helping us.

Im getting very disappointed in Costco. They are getting so cheap with their packaging on items. The latest is their kirkland papertowel. They no longer indivudually wrap them. They are now all exposed when you open the big package. We'll no longer purchase them.

Not sure what the other people are complaining about. Guys are just doing things by the book and the tolerances is Costco has set to be saved.. They went above and beyond with my tire installation. I dealt with Tyler and then Ryan both guys helped out tremendously. They were quick and professional at what they did. Thanks guys.

This review is mostly for the Hearing Aid Department but also for the general friendly, helpful vibe of the store. I took my mom here for a reassessment of hearing aids she had purchased in 2017 from the Toledo Costco. The hearing aids were doing little to help her hearing at this point and she was prepared to pay for a new set of hearing aids ($1,600+).We had arrived early and filled out paperwork, but still waited approximately 15 minutes beyond her appointment time. The waiting time was well worth it because the professional she saw, Heidi, was extremely honest, professional, compassionate and wanted to make sure my mom got what she needed- without taking any opportunity to overcharge her. Heidi was very ethical and knowledgeable. Since my mom had brought her "old" hearing aids with her, Heidi's first step was to clean the hearing aid wires and replace them with whatever needed to be replaced. (Advised my mom that Costco will provide complimentary cleaning every 3-4 months, of which we were unaware). She then had my mom try now-cleaned/new wire aids on and adjusted them appropriately to make sure they were properly tuned for her hearing. I can't begin to explain the compassion, patience, and knowledge Heidi extended to my mom and to me. I felt that she really cared and made a connection with us. Not being overly dramatic In saying that Heidi was as kind and helpful as you'd expect from an angel on earth! I would highly recommend Heidi as well as other staff members with whom we interacted at Hearing Aids and throughout the store randomly. In fact, one of the attendants at the entrance got my mom an automated driving cart while I parked the car. Think my mom could have used a few preliminary lessons, lol, but she figured it out! We didn't do any shopping beyond the Hearing Aid Department, but the store had a clean open feel to it and the staff members were consistently professional and friendly and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend the Perrysburg Costco based on our positive experience and particularly Heidi in the Hearing Aid Department. Heidi clearly takes pride in what she does and makes a positive impact on each customer's life! Thank you, and Heidi deserves a raise or promotion in my opinion!

After waiting an hour to get my summer wheels swapped to my winter wheels they told me that there is a 3.6% different in the wheels and the Costco policy is it cannot be greater than 3%. I am baffled, will never buy tires from Costco or use their service again. The workers were very sorry but it’s not their fault Costco decided to create a rule that genuinely doesn’t make sense, because these are OEM WHEELS AND TIRES. So if the manufacturer of the car is ok with it I think Costco should be ok with it too! 0/10 for Costco, 10/10 for their employees for putting up with a ridiculous policy and being able to talk to customers. Beth who worked there was an angel and their manager was not nice to her.

Explained situation of nail in tire and asked if needed appointment to get plugged. Stated no bring in we don't do appointments. Drove in praying tire would not go flat to be told oh it will be at least 2 hour wait. To quickly drive back home before flat. One car on lift and 5 guys standing around. No and I mean no customer service.

I love Costco in general. There's always a great selection of fresh produce which I appreciate. Most of their stores are set up the same way so when I'm in Colorado or even Alaska, I can get in and out as quickly as possible. Traffic flow could be better that's for sure. The warehouse I frequent always has friendly and helpful associates. Fuel prices are usually better than anywhere in the area. I just wish they had electric vehicle charging as well. I've purchased several sets of tires over the years and even purchased two vehicles through their auto purchase program. There's so much more to a Costco membership than just their warehouse items. Love Costco!

The people that stand by the pumps are completely useless. Hall monitors. Could save so much money without them.

This is a review for the warehouse, not the gas station nearby that warrants its own separate Yelp listing, in line with other dual Costco Wholesale / Costco Gas listings here on Yelp for other sites throughout America. And as for the warehouse, it's always a busy place, especially on weekends. It shares some driveways with the even-busier gas station nearby, which means that traffic is going to be a beast when you factor in clueless, zoned-out drivers. If you manage to park without incident, then once you head inside, you'll find a layout similar to other Costcos elsewhere in the country: dazzling, distracting electronics first, then kitchen, household, and garden items, and then the high-volume grocery section far, far in the rear. For the most part, the selection will be similar to other Costco outlets: prepper-sized portions of ground beef, frozen seafood, and party entrees. Still, it's fun to browse the intermediate aisles too, as there are often hard-to-resist deals on household gadgets you never knew you needed.
