Tried to pull money from the ATM. ATM ran out of money and canceled transaction,didnt give me the money but money was still pulled money from the card anyways. When I went in to complain I got attitude from the manager.

4pm closing time on a Friday. I didn’t want any money after getting paid. Good thing I’ll never be able to make it before they close since I don’t leave work until 3:30.

Very rude staff at this location, I have been banking with citizens for over a decade and I have never been treated so badly like I have today. Lady with blonde hair and glasses was so disrespectful, talk about poor customer service

I have been banking with Charter One since I was a child. I've never had a problem with them until the past few years. They've added hidden fees everywhere and recently they charged me over 300 dollars in OD charges when I had a positive balance! Then they refused to reverse the charges! They just lost a client they had for 20 years. They are losing my family's business as well.
