These two gentlemen do great business and take excellent care of their customers. After getting an extremely high quote from UBreakIFix, I got my phone screen replaced here at Choice for half the cost. While I was in the store, I watched them interact with a few older customers and they were very considerate to offer low cost options rather than trying to “sell” them on the most expensive. Will definitely come back to this store for future needs and would feel good recommending family/friends to do the same. Come pay these guys a visit if you need a screen replacement or would like to get money for a used phone.

This place is great! Very reasonably priced; they’re very competent. Also (and this is huge) they’re patient with customers who are not tech savvy. We were quite pleased with a simple iPhone repair we never could have managed ourselves.

They are closed Sunday and Monday. Tuesday they’re supposed to be open at 11 am,I got there at 11:25 and still not open. Somebody’s mommy must have forgotten to wake them up in time to open at the early hour of ELEVEN AM! I went to another repair store a block away.

Can hardly call this place a business when they aren’t even open during their scheduled business hours. I tried coming in during their normal hours and no one was there, lights completely shut off. Are they even in business?

I always recommend Choice Communications to my friends and acquaintances!! They are very patient and helpful with any problem I've ever had. I have always received excellent professional customer service from them. I find the owners to be very trustworthy, dependable, and honest.

My son's phone had a broken screen and dead battery. It only took them 30min to fix. The owners are not punctual for the times posted. We stopped by 3 or 4 times when they b.c were supposed to be open and they were closed. I called the 5th time and left a message. They did call back and was glad they were able to fix it fast. His phone works great and now my teenager is not depressed anymore. Though he did break the screen three days later, lol! We will be back!

The two men are wonderful and l believe they are siblings. It took them 30 minutes to fix my i-phone8+ screen .The price may be on the high side but , I will give them 5 stars.
