“Not all hero’s wear capes! I was shopping at another retail store when I found the cutest little rain boots for my infant. My toddler about FELL OUT over these boots, but unfortunately, they didn’t carry her size. With 15 minutes to spare before closing, I called Once Upon A Child and with a breath and a prayer, staff found some ADORABLE and AFFORDABLE rain boots in her size and ran them up front for me as I drove to them to meet them at the register for checkout! They saved this mama’s entire night and made for one VERY HAPPY toddler! Her crocodile tears turned into the brightest face and most contagious laugh as she saw me running into the car holding her new, pink rain boots! THANK YOU to the night staff at Once Upon A Child for going out of your way and making our night! You are so much appreciated and a mama’s TRUE HERO!!!! 11/10 stars (AS ALWAYS), they never disappoint! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Trendy store. Lots of goodies for the teens and up(20,30,40's). I went to look for a pair of house slippers since I needed a pair for an overnight trip. Found a pair of lavender slippers that fit the bill. Try them out no matter your age. Lots of African American Inspired tshirts. Loved the designs.”
