I took my mother's car through the car wash on Wednesday (9/4/24). We didn't realize how dirty the car still was until we went to get gas at Meijers. It didn't even get the bird droppings of the trunk and the dirt on the hood, trunk lid and the roof of the car was still very noticeable. We went back thinking a second wash would do the trick. Told the lady working there how dirty the car was and she let me run it through again at no cost to me.
Still didn't get the dirt off the top of the car. The sides of the car looked good. So dissatisfied. For $22 you'd think you would get a good wash. I'll never go back again.

This morning I came in for a carwash and Greg was the only person working and yet he still had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted! I’ve come to this carwash before and never have I left as happy with my experience as I have today. Thank you Greg!

WORST car wash ever. I spent $26 on a "pro" was and Take 5 brushes missed an entire section on the back of my Toyota Sienna. (It's hard to tell in the picture because my van is silver, but if you look at the window, you will clearly see what resembles brush marks and where it missed). I've sent a complaint to Take 5 with no response - just another company who doesn't care about customer service. I won't be back and definitely will not recommend this company to anyone. Luckily there are other car washes in the area that will hopefully give me a wash Wirth the money. Shame on you Take 5, shame.

Great staff. Literally going the extra mile. I had a snafu with my purchased membership and the manager took the time to call me, ask how she could help and offered to fix the issue (which may have been user error on my part.). On top of that, they have great amenities. Every time I visit staff are restocking towels, greeting me and being very helpful. EXCELLENT customer service, which many retailers should pay attention to!!

I was greeted right when I arrived, I explained to the gentleman that I had a long bed, crew cab truck and was concerned about the wash. Needless to say the wash was perfect and no issues. Thank You!
