I give it 0 stars but it won't let me. Worst place ever. My son who has never worn boots before cut grass to earn money to buy a pair of boots. He came to the shop picked out a pair of boots and purchased them. No one came to help him as the employees were dealing with a woman who's purse she bought from boot barn had fallen apart. He brought the boots home and started to wear them. Well never wore boots before one was loose and one was not. I told him maybe the other boot needs broken in keep wearing them. Well he bought them on april 24th well today may 4 I call because the boots are not right and the manager said bring them in but basically if they are not brand new we can't exchange them. Well no they are not brand new he has been trying to wear them for 9 days. We bring them in and she said nope can't help you. So now my son has boots he can't wear and out 120.00 bucks. Sad really. I mean an exchange was all we wanted someone to help him get the right size shoe.

VERY friendly and helpful staff. This was my first experience buying western boots and they took the time to explain fitting as well as care of the boots after purchase.Large store with great selection (and even more options online if not in stock). Highly recommend this business!

Very different from what I'm use to but I loved it. Bought the grandson his first pair of cowboy boots. Pricey but that was expected. Not my taste in women's shoes or boots. But still a nice place with very nice workers.

I love that they carry the Idyllwind collection. I have only ever seen that brand online before and it is nice to know they carry it so I can try on the clothes. I love looking around here - such a great selection! They have everything from boots and belt buckles, to hats, coats, and cute clothes with fringe as well!

My wife LOVES her boots! We are newer to the community and bought a pair of boots at the original store last year. Stopped in this year on Black Friday and purchased two pair of boots. They carry a fine selection of, well, BOOTS!. Michelle and Emma were a great help in finding the style my wife was looking for and the size she needed. My wallet wishes they had a Black Friday sale on their boots, but I can't fault a company for understanding supply and demand.
