We unfortunately went to Ann Arbor store first as we were unaware of the one in Levi’s commons ! We were not treated well in AA and when we went to Perrysburg we worked with Jim and he most definitely made up for our bad experience to the north ! He worked his magic was very patient with us and kept us informed all along the way ! We absolutely love our new table and chairs …. Go see Jim he will hook you up !

We bought a bedroom set here, and we love it. We had great service from Jason. He followed up all along the way and also after the sale. He cared about us and treated us with respect.
A few weeks ago, we returned because we had such a good experience.
Sadly, we didn't get Jason this time. We spent thousands on furniture pieces for the living room and dining room weeks' ago. We were told it was "in stock," but might take an extra week because they were inventorying at the warehouse.
Now we've had no communication unless we call the store. They never had a thought about keeping "us" informed or apologizing.
They could care "less" about us. When you buy something at this store, there is no customer service when the purchase is complete, and you walk out the door.
I now have a half-empty living room and not enough chairs in my dining room for my grandson's graduation party on the 10th!
No idea when the furniture will come!
The salesman could easily have called the warehouse and asked for a specific date of "delivery." Instead I was told they'll call Monday from the "warehouse" to schedule a date, so that will put us at least five to six weeks out before we get the items ("if" they actually call).
So just a warning: When they tell you "in stock," that means "whenever they get around to it."
Had we known it would take this long, we would have gone elsewhere to purchase.
I'm done with Arhaus! When you go to a supposed quality store, you expect to be treated with respect and kindness. We treated our salesman with respect and professionalism. Evidently he didn't feel the need to reciprocate after the sale.

This establishment exemplifies the essence of extravagance and elegance. The prestige exhumed establishes a clear sense of class that other establishments similar to this simply lack. It was straight bussin no cap and as a billionaire I will be shopping there next time I buy a new property.

We are so happy with our new couch we purchased from the Perrysburg location! Jim has always been very helpful! We’ve been his customers since 2016. He really worked his magic by helping us choose the right color and fabric just from iPhone photos of our room! Super impressed! Thank you Jim!

I had the best experience with Madisyn at the Perrysburg Arhaus!! She was incredibly helpful and professional. And she even sent me emails after I left the shop to continue helping me with my furniture needs.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Arhaus on rugs, furniture, pillows, linens, and decor objects. I have never been disappointed. I can’t say the same for recent purchases at Restoration Hardware. I bought expensive tables from RH and the thin veneer on tabletops started wearing away within weeks of purchase. This is unacceptable! If I wanted cheap furniture I would shop at other outlets.I have shopped at both the Perrysburg and Ann Arbor Arhaus store. I have had great experiences at both stores. I have worked with Jim Uncapher in Perrysburg for years. He rocks! Jim is very attentive to his customers' needs. I recently purchased a set of chairs for my den. Jim did a great job helping me select a beautiful fabric that is durable and compatible with other fixtures in this room.As a customer for over a decade, I have never had any problems with customer service or delivery services. Keep up the good work, Arhaus! And don’t sacrifice quality when masses are ordering from your store.

Perrysburg, Ohio ARHAUS, specifically, James "Jim" Uncapher, our sales associate, is the utmost professional!!! We have been working with Jim for 3 months, and are about to move into our dream home, all furnished by ARHAUS. Jim helped us every step of the way, with gorgeous furniture selection, to create a home that will be stunning and inviting!!!!

If I could decorate my entire house in Arhaus, I would! I love the natural, beautiful pieces Arhaus builds and sells; some fantastic finds today! Erin was a great help not only this visit but the one before. She smiles, is very relatable and personable; willing to help customers!

I have purchased about 40,000 dollars worth of furniture at Arhaus and overall I have had a horrible experience with the delivery process, one of the pieces arrived with fingerprints all over it, months have passed and my daughter is still sleeping on the ground waiting for her bed, it took them more then 3 times to correctly assemble one of the beds I purchased, and when trying to contact arhaus to address the issues no one would answer. When purchasing such expensive and high quality pieces of furniture one would expect good and professional service. 10/10 would not recommend

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Arhaus Furniture in Perrysburg, Ohio. Had to completely furnish a beachfront condo on Marco Island, Florida, from Perrysburg. The process is finished, and with the help of Jim Uncapher, from Arhaus, my condo is beautiful, and looks exactly the way I wanted it into look. Jim took the time to listen to me, understand my taste and budget, and took as much time as needed to make me satisfied. He showed me how to use use the fabrics I lived in ways that would not only wear well, but show off and blend colors and textures. Jim's communication was over and above, and I feel I have made a trusted friend l. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to my project, along with his warm and pleasant personality made what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant and very fulfilling experience, with an outcome that exceeded all my expectations! Thank you Arhaus, and especially, Jim.

Dear Arhaus Furniture (online):This should be zero stars. I am writing to detail out a complaint my wife (Breanna) and myself have with Arhaus Furniture through an online order. We placed order #106992214 in mid-March 2022 in the amount of $4,105.61 and the money was taken out of our account on 3/21/22 with an understanding the table would be delivered in July 2022. We were given a date of 7/15/22 but had not received any further correspondence. We called early July to confirm the table was still going to be set to delivery and the customer service rep confirmed the date. My wife and I took the day off to ensure the delivery process went smooth from our side. No call and no show. We proceeded to call customer service and was told it would be delayed a couple of weeks but no specific date. We called back in two weeks to follow up on the revised delivery date and was then told it would not be delivered until October with no real explanation. They cannot even tell us where the table is. Their resolution was to offer us a cancelation after we have been waiting for long which was not acceptable.Not only has Arhaus kept our money for going on 7 months their service, communication and any sense of accountability has been the worst experience we have ever encountered. They were not truthful in giving us information with multiple delivery dates nor have we received any follow up calls or communications.We have zero confidence in Arhaus delivering our product this month and requesting intervention from leadership at Arhaus. Unfortunately, we also had to file a BBB report as we just aren't getting the service we expect from a premium brand

I found the sales staff quite rude and distant,so distant in fact no one acknowledged I was even in the store. It was not busy,so I guess it took several associates to help the 2 other couples in the store. You blew it Arhaus, big time lost my business. Maybe some training needs to be done with the staff, there was another younger person in the store and she was ignored as well.
