“I lived in tha Apartments for over 4 years. During this time there were very few issues. However when there was the issue was resolved quickly. The complex was always clean and quality of life was excellent.”

“Have lived here for over 2 years now, the apartments are very close to shopping/dining and the movies. The units themselves are very nice, definitely the nicest in the Perrysburg area. Maintenance is always prompt most of my requests are handled the same day (within an hour of submitting the request) and whenever my dogs see them out and about they always stop to say hello! Have only had a few issues and all were addressed promptly and fixed which I appreciate.The location definitely justifies the price which I have always thought was fair for the location. The location in the prime of Levis Commons is one of the main reasons we haven’t just bought a house yet.Stacey, Justin and Holly in the office are always available and responsive to any questions/issues you may have and of course our dog Egg loves to come visit them as well.Overall these are definitely some of the nicest apartments you can find around, and in a great location.”

The maintenance staff has always been friendly and taken care of any issue that I've had in a timely manner. The neighbors have been by far the best I've ever had. The location is so convenient to any restaurant, shopping or grocery store that you could want or need. I recommend this place 10/10!”
