Postmaster lady is very rude! Don't catch her in one of her moods! She is the most disrespectful unprofessional human I've ever come across! Shame on you for being able to work with the public!

The manager is so rude, I went in to mail a card with pictures in it so I needed to make sure I had the proper postage and I handed it to her and she said geez what’s in this? Umm is it your business? Aren’t I spending money with USPS which is about extinct? My son went in there trying to mail something that required a large envelope and she was nasty to him as well. Idk if it’s because she’s never “seen” us in MayPerry before so we aren’t in the crowd or what but she needs to appreciate even having a job especially a government job and quit being so nasty. Same lady dark hair I see is being complained about in other reviews. How can you be the manager? You caught me on a nice day because I’m usually a bigger jerk to people who are so to me. Please lady stay in the back and let your employees deal with your customers you can’t even pretend to be nice to.

What a fantastic crew at this post office. I admittedly do not understand the science or ease of mailing packages - letters, certified mail, FED EX I am your girl but USPS I just know to slap a stamp on and put up the red flag on my mailbox. Anyhoo the kiddos made ornaments this year for family nearish and far since we haven't seen them with COVID and while we were three minutes past closing (again sir so so sorry we thought 5pm) the gentleman was so nice and sweet to us (and funny) just made us feel so much better and really not to be upset. I am so lucky that our local post office is so kind and willing to help especially during this holiday season where I know it's been CRAZY for them. Thank you so very much and Happy Whatever Holiday you do or don't celebrate this season.

i go here everyday, sometimes twice a day. The employees are great. And they know me and scan all my packages in a timely manner (and i have a lot) Very good experience here compared to other post offices. Never had any issues here.

I ship about 2 Million dollars a year through these guys and it has been nothing but a pain, literally nit pick over .02! Thank goodness eBay has incorporated Fed Ex. This postal service is the terrible and the manager should be fired.

I've been here twice and every single time I mail an item out I have had a tough time with the employees. Today, I was trying to mail out a package for my father and the woman with short dark hair and glasses was incredibly rude. When I walked in there was no one at the desk and when she came up she had her phone on speaker and someone was on the other line. Then, she was giving me a hard time about the package I was trying to mail out for my father. I was reprimanded for how the address was labeled on the box and continued to tell me that return label on the box from the company was incorrect. She could have handled this issue differently. Hey USPS, if you are going to hire employees, how about hire someone who is good with customers? There's a thought. I'm taking my business to Madison.

Went in on multiple occasions and every time I have to deal with the older man with glasses. He is always very unfriendly, condescending, and rude.

Some staff are very helpful and nice. Others are rude and unhelpful. Nice post office but staff can add problems to your experience.
